Welcome to Socialpruf

Start with the big picture: what Socialpruf does, who it's for, and a tour of the three tabs you'll live in, so everything that follows clicks into place.

What is Socialpruf?

Socialpruf is a social media analytics and reporting platform built to give you one clear, unified view of performance across every account, brand, and platform you manage. Instead of jumping between native dashboards, spreadsheets, and screenshots, you get followers, engagement, content performance, audience demographics, earned media value, and more, all in one place and always up to date.

Who Socialpruf is for

Socialpruf is built for the people responsible for proving and growing the value of social media:

  • Agencies managing many clients and brands who need fast, polished reporting.
  • Brands and marketing teams tracking their own accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Creators and talent managers who need to demonstrate reach, engagement, and value to partners.
  • Executives and clients who want a clear, shareable picture of performance without logging into every tool.

What you can do with it

  • See everything in one place - unify accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more into a single dashboard.
  • Understand performance - track the metrics that matter, spot trends, and find the content driving your results.
  • Compare and benchmark - measure brands, accounts, and campaigns against each other and across time.
  • Set goals and report - turn any view into a goal to track or a shareable report for clients and stakeholders.

In short: Socialpruf turns scattered social data into clear answers, so you can spend less time gathering numbers and more time acting on them. Ready? Get oriented first, then get your accounts in.

Navigating the dashboard

Before you add anything, get your bearings. When you open Socialpruf, you'll see three tabs on the down the left-hand side:

  • Analytics - where you'll spend most of your time. It includes the Overview and Explore pages.
  • Manage - for adding accounts, organizing brands, and managing campaigns, goals, and reports.
  • Settings - for account-level preferences and configuration.

Each of the three Nav Bar tabs opens its own set of pages. That set is the Product List, and it sits directly underneath the Socialpruf logo no matter what page you are on.

This course follows those three tabs roughly in the order you'll need them. You're starting in Manage, because nothing else works until your accounts are in.
