Terms and Conditions
This Agreement is between Socialpruf Ltd. (“Socialpruf,” “we,” or “us”) and the subscribing party (“you” or “the user”).
By subscribing to and using Socialpruf, you agree to the following terms:
Authorized Use
You agree to use Socialpruf solely for lawful business purposes. You may not misuse, resell, share, or redistribute the platform, its data, or outputs without prior written consent from Socialpruf Ltd.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Service Availability
Socialpruf is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive to ensure reliability and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or data accuracy.
Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion if these terms are violated, payment is not received, or use poses a risk to Socialpruf’s systems, data integrity, or other users.
Intellectual Property
All software, technology, analytics, and related materials provided through Socialpruf remain the exclusive property of Socialpruf Ltd.
Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your active subscription term.
Subscription & Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically based on the plan selected. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal by contacting [email protected].
Access will continue until the end of the current billing period if cancelled.
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Socialpruf is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the platform or any data generated through it.
You acknowledge that use of the platform is at your own risk.
Socialpruf insights and analytics are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute endorsements or guarantees of brand partnerships or outcomes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
Changes to these Terms
Socialpruf may update these Terms periodically to reflect product, operational, or regulatory changes. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
