Comments
The total count of replies left on posts in the campaign. Comments indicate higher intent than likes and are weighted more heavily in most platforms' ranking algorithms, which is why comment-driving creative tends to compound over time.
Where you'll use it in Socialpruf
Dashboard KPI card: It appears as the "Comments" card on your analytics dashboard, totaling replies across every post in the campaign.
Table view: It's a sortable column ("Comments") so you can rank accounts, brands, or campaigns by total comments.
Sort & explore posts: You can sort posts by comments to surface your most discussion-driving content.
Reports: You can add it as a KPI or chart to any shared or customized report.
