Off Season 101.2kgs vs On Season 92.2kgs (12 weeks transformation) Picture on the left was a week before I started working with my coach @_cutz_ for our shows this year we still got another 2 weeks to go until we do the first show of the season. Before prep I had stayed in a surplus for good 3 months just pushing food and training hard, had 2 cheat meals a week but kept my shape quite tidy and then once I started prep the rest it’s history. I’m very excited to what the season will bring but also looking forward to what off season with my current coach will look like and how much we will be able to progress before heading into another contest prep.

The world around you is beautiful when the world within you is peaceful… We are now back in Dubai, Portugal was amazing, we finally got the Olympia Qualification and had some down time also, enjoying food and visiting places… This week will let the body and mind relax still, slowly get back into grove and from next week we get a plan for the next big thing @mrolympiallc 🙌🏾🙌🏾

I am still in disbelief that I have won @mrbigevolution Portugal Pro Show 🇵🇹, I am the first ever as Portuguese Men’s Physique Athlete to Win the Open Class twice and it will be the first time a Portuguese men’s physique Athlete to go to the @mrolympiallc ever and represent this beautiful country 🇵🇹 I am so grateful for this opportunity to make history for my country by just being there, God is always good and all grace goes to him. We can only get better from here and I promise to show improvements in all areas.

I have competed multiple times and lost, I have tried different methods and still lost, it’s hard to lose constantly, its hard to feel like you are less or not good enough but giving up and never getting there it’s even harder. So no matter what you going through keep going don’t quit just yet, try just one more time I promise the magic is around the corner just be patient and work a little harder you will get it.
