Anti-Inflammatory Medicine Ball Bone Broth Soup🍲

Picture Wellness Formula in a bowl but delicious.

Serves: 4-5 bowls
The Ingredients
8 cups high-quality Pasture-Raised Chicken Bone Broth - for collagen, L-Glutamine, and gut-healing amino acids.
2 cups Shredded Organic Chicken
3 cups Cauliflower Rice
4 Large Pasture-Raised Eggs: The secret to that creamy texture + Vitamins D, E, and K.
1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice - We’re doubling the lemon for a massive Vitamin C and immune boost.

1 yellow onion, 2 large leeks (washed well!), 4 carrots, 4 stalks of celery, and 5 cloves of smashed garlic.
The “Medicine” Aromatics: 2 stalks of fresh lemongrass (bruised to release the oils), 2 inches of grated fresh ginger, and 1 tsp turmeric + black pepper.

A massive handful each of fresh dill & parsley.

How To Make It
Get a splash of avocado oil in your pot. Add your onion, leeks, carrots, and celery. Sweat them down until they’re soft and fragrant.
Stir in your smashed garlic, grated ginger, turmeric, and those bruised lemongrass stalks. Let those aromatics wake up for 2 minutes.
Pour in your golden bone broth. Bring to a gentle boil, then drop the heat. Add your shredded chicken and cauliflower rice. Simmer for about 12 minutes so the flavors really marry.
Pro-tip: Remove the lemongrass stalks before the next step!

Whisk those gorgeous orange yolks with your cup of lemon juice until it’s super frothy. Slowly ladle 2 cups of the hot broth into your egg bowl while whisking like crazy. This is how we get it silky and velvety without any dairy.

Pour the tempered eggs back into the pot on low heat. Stir for 2–3 minutes until it thickens into a dream. Do not let it boil or it will curdle!
Fold in your mountain of fresh dill & enjoy! xx
