A couple weeks to make some magic happen. Progress has been extremely slow since the Charlotte Pro, but my body also went through some extremes. Just trying to make the most out of the cards that have been dealt. We keep moving forward #NFGU @darcsport 🐺

One star return I’m very much looking forward to is @jeremypotvin_. At one point he was as high as 3rd in world at the @mrolympiallc however only last year he was diagnosed with kidney cancer. If you miss your mark on stage, I feel like all you do is begin to obsess about how you know you can look, and what you need to do to get there. At least that’s how I am. My body is like, “chill” while my brain is like, “LFG!” 😂. Anyway, imma keep dwelling on that note. I do still have goals to reach, just no more extremes for me. After the scare, I rested and woke up almost a new person. My mind more clear and my body seemed less stressed.
