A strong back = better posture, more shape, more confidence.

Focus on:
✔ Lat pulldowns
✔ Seated rows
✔ Single-arm rows or assisted pull-ups

3 rules:
1️⃣ Pull elbow to hip.
2️⃣ Slow the negative.
3️⃣ Train it twice a week.

This is one of my favourite breakfasts at the moment. It’s simple, high in protein, keeps me full for hours, and takes just a few minutes to prepare the night before.

3) You’re good Monday to Friday… then the weekend resets everything.

Dead hangs might be one of the most overlooked movements in fitness. ⏱️

One of my favorite benefits is spinal decompression.

We spend so much of our lives sitting, driving, training, scrolling, and carrying tension through the body. Over time, that constant compression can affect posture, mobility, and how our body feels day to day.

And remember — you don’t have to jump straight into a full dead hang. Start where you are.

You can keep one foot on a box or lightly supported on the ground while gradually building strength and confidence.

Try 4 sets of 10-second hangs and slowly increase your time as your grip, shoulders, and resilience improve.
