Over 40? Stop neglecting your back. A strong back = better posture, more shape, more confidence. Focus on: ✔ Lat pulldowns ✔ Seated rows ✔ Single-arm rows or assisted pull-ups 3 rules: 1️⃣ Pull elbow to hip. 2️⃣ Slow the negative. 3️⃣ Train it twice a week. Strong back. Strong presence 💪🏽

If you want your body to change, you have to challenge it. 3) You’re good Monday to Friday… then the weekend resets everything. It’s not your age. It’s your approach.
