If you’re constantly bloated or dealing with “leaky gut,” it’s not random. 👀

It’s usually from:
• Chronic stress
• Highly processed foods + excess sugar
• Poor sleep 
• Antibiotic overuse

Your gut lining becomes inflamed, which affects digestion, hormones, skin, and even fat loss.

Here’s what I’ll do to rebuild a healthier gut? ⬇️

⚪️Drink more water (half your bodyweight in ounces daily)
⚪️Eat fiber-rich whole foods (veggies, fruit, oats, chia seeds ) depending on what type of condition you have, you may have to swap out for certain fruits
⚪️Add probiotics + fermented foods
