📍Philippines photo dump 🌴 My husband and I decided to yolo and take our first vacation as a family of 6 in the Philippines for a week to celebrate the wedding of our cousin and close friend @nickkimmm_ @rhoseann30 💍 We got to travel with the whole family and meet more family that live over there. It was crazy & wild at times but also amazing and so so fun to go with our whole family and experience everything together. Our girly was a flower girl and the boys were in the wedding! The kids got to see the most beautiful beach for the first time, travel with their cousin, we threw all rules and schedules out the window. Also , we feel like we can do anything now 😂😂😂 One moment you’re a new mom of one baby afraid to leave the house, and in the blink of an eye you’re a mom of 4 kids down for almost anything !!! 🤪

Yes you can program all of your S-tier exercises and machines simultaneously, but in practice it’s probably a better idea to have a mixture of S’s and A’s, and ocassionally some B’s so that you can bring excitement and novelty back to those A’s and S’s for the future. And who knows, maybe those B’s will turn into your new A’s or S’s.⁣⁣⁣ -⁣⁣⁣ Long term process mindset > immediate Results mindset.⁣⁣⁣ -⁣⁣⁣ I spent enough time away from ez bar curls that these are basically a A-Tier or S-tier for me at the moment and for the past couple of months. ⁣⁣⁣ -⁣⁣⁣ Just one of my current variations that feels great and I’m microloading 1 pound per week on, keeping reps relatively static with a 1 (ugly) RIR. ⁣⁣⁣ -⁣⁣⁣ Gonna be curling for the next 50 years, always aim for progress but don’t marry an exercise. Some exercises may be more optimal than others but we’re not just lifting for the next 12 weeks. GUESS HOW MUCH I SPENT? 💸🤑🛒 COSTCO HAUL as a bodybuilding homeschool dad of 4 💪🏻 I actually just went to Walmart and stocked up on a ton of produce + fruit, so that’s why this haul is a little lighter on that than usual… but give it a week and we’ll be back. We did grab a few more packaged snacks than usual this time because balance > perfection. We prioritize mostly WHOLE FOODS, and build our meals around: • protein first • fruits + veggies daily • healthy fats to stay full + energized But also… no foods are off limits. Consistency and a healthy relationship with food is key. A few things that help us stay on track (especially with 4 kids): – Buy protein in bulk (saves $$$ and removes decision fatigue) – Keep easy grab-and-go options on hand (because life is busy) – Rotate the same staple meals every week (less thinking, more consistency) – Don’t try to be perfect, just aim to be consistent.
