✨Our hearts are overflowing: Meet our SON 🦁✨ What a beautiful blessing this has been to expand our family, our love, and enter into a new phase of our life together! ✨I do want to mention that I didn’t do a pregnancy announcement, and this was a conscious choice. The journey was challenging, and I needed to focus on simply making it through without the added pressure….I understand how pregnancy-related conversations can be sensitive and triggering, and it was essential for me to create a safe space for myself and others. Sometimes, the visible changes of pregnancy speak volumes, and that was enough transparency for me during that time. ✨Now that we are here, I feel ready to share! I've reached a point where I can breathe deeply, shed joyful tears, and fully embrace our baby. It’s been an emotional rollercoaster, literally the wildest ride of life (so far)…WOW 😮‍💨 ✨This new found Love for my Son is beyond and the love I have for my husband #AndrewNoIG is unmatched— #AndrewNoIG you’re pretty phenomenal. ✨Thank YOU all for the love, support, and understanding you’ve shown me/us. I deeply appreciate it more than words can express.

✨The LIFE of a SHOWGIRL 💋 ✨ 🔸 FIRST ride BACK after having a baby! 🦁 (for ONE ride only) I was genuinely grateful that our programming team reached out and welcomed me to come back for a special one-ride event during my maternity leave. I told them, if TS drops an album, I’m your girl! 🔸 We hit 7100 LIVE riders on the leaderboard— and by 5am the next morning, there were 2200 more riding LIVE! 🤯 🔸I was really NeRvOuS because I wanted to do the ride, the swifties, the @onepeloton team, and @taylorswift’s team proud. Not to mention, I just wanted to create the moments I’ve been missing since being on the bike 🙏🏽 🔸 A much NEEDED boost to my confidence, I decided to get my makeup done - thank you @lynseybuckelew for staying late to give me a SG beat! 💄 🔸I brought 3 outfits but, with the help of my wonderful producer @khozier1, we decided on SHEEEERRRR showgirl red! 💋 🔸 Before class, I wanted to create a special moment and needed to hop on the new Cross-Training Peloton Bike- my first time riding and teaching on it! This ride marked the start of many new adventures… Huge thanks to our production team and my Studio Producer @queurytriunfel for pulling together that amazing moment in Opalite right before doors opened! And my PA Preston for making sure I was spotlit-ready! 🔸 I had just 3 minutes to pump up before class - definitely a rookie moment! 🔸 The members' energy was incredible, and it pushed me to step up my game! I loved seeing all the true #swifties and everyone who came out to support me. 🔸 #AndrewNoIG surprised me with a message that he and the boy were on their way to meet me after class- such love! ✨what a NIGHT: We showed up, showed out - SHOWGIRL’ed! ✨ Thank you all so much! 💋

Besties, boba, and babies. 🥰 Real talk: my girlfriends showed up so big for me when I was newly postpartum and it made all of the difference. I never knew how much that kind of support was needed and how impactful it was until I went through it myself. And now when a friend of mine becomes a mama I cannot wait to give that support forward. It’s also pretty magical watching your friends become parents isn’t it? One minute we’re poppin bottles 🍾 and then all of a sudden we’re now poppin bottles 🍼 😂 Love that we get to be on this journey @allymisslove supporting each other through all of it! 🧡
