If you knew me then…you don’t know me now.
Particularly since having my second son, I have evolved, grown, learnt and developed more than I had ever anticipated.
My perception of success and fulfilment are completely different than that of the 25 year old girl I once was.
Growing my 3 babies are by far 3 of my greatest achievements and truly transformed the way I see, speak to and treat my body.
To all of my mumma bears juggling 100 different jobs in a day, wearing multiple hats and carrying the never ending mental load - you’re incredible❤️

My training routine is all about FUNCTIONAL FITNESS!
This means dynamic movements, large focus on mobility, feeling strong in my own body weight and practising a variety of discipline from running, swimming, Pilates, weights and agility.
The mums who get it, get it💁🏼♀️

No caption could do these emotions and memories justice.
The most cherished trip I have ever been on and beyond blessed to call these amazing people family. Happy 60th mum you’re the most beautiful person I have ever met and I aspire to give my children the childhood and mentorship that you and Dad gave AND STILL give us❤️🌴

The GAME PLAN:
🔥Pre Pregnancy: completed Sweat it Limitless (8 week challenge)
🤰🏼During Pregnancy: Body & Bump (24 week pregnancy workout & support guide)
🤍Postpartum: Restore (postpartum workout & recovery guide)
Being the mother of 3 busy, boisterous boys has taught me A LOT: including how I maintain my health and overall fitness.
Nowadays I’m all about consistency and habits > intensity or long workouts.
On average, my workouts are 30-45 minutes. Sometimes even 15 if my baby refuses to nap😂🫠
Meet yourself in the season you’re in, give yourself grace but also BELIEVE IN YOURSELF and nurture your own health and body!
My ultimate plan is to still dominate my boys in surfing, snowboarding, sprints and boxing when I’m 60 and they’re 30👸🏼🔥

It makes me so frustrated thinking back on the words that were spoken over me so frequently before I had kids.
Mums in the gym were constantly telling me to ‘enjoy it while you can’ ‘say goodbye to your body and gym once you have kids’. While YES my life has changed drastically since having kids and my workout routine is also wildly different, it is NOT doom and gloom!! It’s DIFFERENT not worse! It’s just about being more efficient with your time.
I’m such a huge believer in honouring each beautiful chapter in your life and evolving with the seasons.
After giving birth to my three beautiful sons, I can honestly say I have never loved moving my body more❤️
It’s all about working WITH our body, listening to it and educating yourself as much as you can! This is why I’m so proud of our pregnancy AND postpartum workout guide. My women’s health physiotherapist was an integral part of my journey and I wanted to share it with the world! As a mumma who suffered with pelvic girdle pain and stage 2 prolapse I’m so passionate about empowering women to LOVE their bodies and truly restore after childbirth and postpartum life.
Everything is linked in my bio but I hope this post is a source of motivation, encouragement and inspiration that challenges the narrative that life just goes downhill after children🫣
It’s quite the opposite ❤️👏🏼

After 15 years of bleaching my hair, it was time for a change.
Last year my hair was FRIED! I’ll post some@more before and after from that time because WOW! My hair health journey the past year has truly been insane!!
I haven’t embraced my natural, dirty blonde? Bronte? light brown? Colour since I was maybe 15 or so when I STARTED getting highlights and bleaching my hair.
I always said I wanted to put my hair heath at the forefront of my hair routine, but in 2024 I actually did it!!
What do we think about the current colour!? @kirbylagohair you’re truly incredible and I cannot thank you enough for supporting me on this hair health and growth journey🥹💙

Get in boys, mummy’s taking you to soccer🔥
The hunt for the ultimate 7 seater, boss mum car is over as I just purchased the Audi SQ7, V8 twin turbo!
I’ve had this car for a few days now and I’m LOVING it! I’ll be posting a full review and walk through soon!
Again - this isn’t sponsored. I paid for the car myself and have no affiliation with any car brands❤️

When I tell you I saw my life flash before my eyes as I waited for the 3 minutes for the pregnancy test to give results….i was physically shaking😂🫠
After a month of what felt like pregnancy symptoms, I can officially report that after a sweet 2 years of not having my period (due to pregnancy and breastfeeding/postpartum) I have it back WITH A VENGEANCE!!
I’m still breastfeeding around 5x in a 24hr period but my body is slowly phasing out of the postpartum season❤️

I stand by my statement that it takes me 2 years to truly feel like ‘myself’ again after having a baby (or adjusting to my new self I suppose).
I’ve been pretty open about how dark this newborn experience has been for us, but weekends like this remind me that it’s just a season and these reflux days will be nothing but a memory before we know it.
Weekend of my dreams❤️

I ask for: BIAB with tips (if I’m going almond shape) then I select a colour that suits my skin tone which has more of a yellow undertone
I often ask for ‘sheer nude’ or I select a pinky tone that suits me #almondnails #nudenails #minimalnails

Finding myself the ultimate, 7 seater car for me and the boy world I live in! 👸🏼👨🏼👦🏼👦🏼👶🏼🐶(meet the Tilse family)
I currently drive a top of the range 5 seater Range Rover Sport and I’m in the market for…
- 7 seater
- luxury car but still practical enough for crazy kids and potentially towing the boat
- boxy, rugged, mungrle style preferred
- reliable
While I have enjoyed my experience with my Rangey and don’t get me wrong, it’s extremely luxurious, there are a few aspects I haven’t been stoked with.
This first car in test driving is the Lexus GX 550. I’ve had my eye on it for around a year now and I LOVE how boxy and mean it looks from the outside! All in all I was extremely impressed and it truly will be a hard one to top!

I haven’t been wearing my wedding rings lately and here’s the reason why…
for those wondering all 3 of my rings are from @nataliemariejewellery and we purchased this stack like 5 or so years ago
