Your brain is a creature of repetition.

there’s a lot of pressure for women turning 30, at least that’s what I felt ❤️

I was scared, suddenly I’m “old”, too old. I’m behind, I should think of family, kids, getting married, finding someone, settling down.. I should do the things adults do - but at the same time I should stay young, look young.

Turning 30 is wild, confusing but at the same it’s the best ❤️ It’s the confidence, the power, the saying NO to things you don’t wanna do, the healing and the growth. Who else is about to turn 30 or maybe you already are in your 30s? How does it feel to you?

We are in this together and girls we definitely celebrate every freaking day and make the most out of it

Consistency isn’t about perfection, it’s about persistence! We think we have to show up full of energy every single day, but that’s not possible - some days we feel on fire, on other days we feel stuck and that’s OKAY ❤️

Keep going even when things aren’t perfect. Progress isn’t linear and even the small, imperfect steps count as progress! The important thing is that we never stop.

Keep going, don’t be so hard on yourself and you really are doing great

my younger self was way too hard on herself, it doesn’t have to be this hard ❤️

I wish younger me would have enjoyed her health and fitness journey a little more - it’s not just about a number on the scale, calories, or obsessing over morning and evening routines. And it’s really not about being disciplined all the time or doing everything perfect.

This weekend I met a lot of young girls, I gave them a lot of hugs and I want the younger generation to know that your fitness journey should make you feel healthy and happy ❤️ don’t be so hard on yourself, and as you are, right now - you already are worthy, you already are perfect
