Benefits of the 4-7-8 Breathing Technique ⬇️

❤️ Your heart rate drops. Inhaling for 4 counts, holding for 7, exhaling for 8 forces your body out of fight or flight and into rest mode. Your heart literally slows down on command.

One of my favorite things to do is to talk to people who are experts in their fields, Brooke is a world champion … she is an expert. 

Vertigo before Olympic Team Trials is brutal, especially with the spinning involved in hammer throw! 

Great chat with @brooke_andersen about her career and life! I know she will be back better than ever this Olympic cycle, and hopefully @vitalitywellnessclub can help her get back on top! 

Cold plunge and sauna are incredible daily tools for training, performance, and longevity!
