#therabodypartner I mean you do have to exercise to build strength and fitness, but without recovery, that fitness will never arrive. Working with @cascadeendurance over the past 5 years, I’ve learned how important recovery is and @therabody provides me the tools to aid speed and quality of recovery...especially those JetBoots. Holy heck are those things amazing.
