2 weeks in and I can confidently say: I got to know my glucose. The minute-by-minute tracking from @hellolingo created incredible insight, specifically into how different foods and snacks impacted my glucose, while sports and stress only created minimal spikes! sometimes you just need your friend to have your back when you’re trying something new… my first time doing sissy squat extensions (who tf named these lol) and they are not *that* hard but they look weird because it’s SUCH a weird position and I found it super hard to trust it won’t just collapse and I drop to the ground. Don’t let your mind stop you from pushing through.. keep trying new things — ideally with a homie by your side! ✨
