I failed my first world record pull-up attempt, I failed twice to break a sub 3 hour marathon, I failed to win a last man standing race earlier this year and I just failed to break my goal of 20 hours in this 100 mile race yesterday. The only way you truly fail is if you don’t get up and try again. Learn from the shortcomings and come back stronger. It’s the only way I’ve found success in this life. Failures don’t define you, but quitting can. get up and get back to work
