The yummiest healthy chocolate chip cookies!!! 🍪 Plus, so easy to make with minimal ingredients! I wanted dessert tonight as I watch White Lotus🪷 and been literally full alllll weekend with Lanes family in town going out to restaurants (if you saw my stories, you know haha), so I wanted to make sure the dessert I made was healthified- and it sure is!!! 

Here’s the exact recipe:

1 1/2 cup oats blended 
2 ripe bananas (smashed)
1 egg 
1/4 cup almond butter or nut butter of choice 
1 tablespoon maple syrup 
1 cup chocolate chips 
Pinch of salt 
A couple small drops of vanilla extract 
Grease cookie sheet with coconut oil or butter
Place dough in fridge for at least 15 minutes so the oats soak and dough becomes a little more dense  
Bake at 350
Bake for exactly 12 min (you don’t want these overcooked they won’t be as good!) 
Makes 10 cookies!!!!

Watching this back makes me emotional… because so much of who I am comes from following in your footsteps!!!! Love you @deniseaustin everyone go wish her a happy bday🎂
As an athlete my whole life I feel like I was always taught to go harder, faster, better. It’s crazy to look back and see these videos of me- because at the time I didn’t even realize how fast I was moving.. No, these moves are not sped up at all😂. 1. You can always evolve. No matter what industry or career you’re in - it’s ALL about progress and looking back to see how far you’ve come. 2. I feel like these exercises are also a symbolic lesson of life … slow down. The small steps/movements you take can have a big impact. It took me most of my 20’s to realize it’s not about the speed of life, or quantity of reps, but it’s about being intentional and mindful with every step, or rep, you take 💫🌱
