And that's a wrap to my first indi season 😮‍💨 Tbh it felt like it was never going to end. I'm tired and burnt out and it feels like i've lost my fire for awhile now. I bit off more than I could chew and it was reflected in my performance. I could choose to chalk this season up as a failure, doubt my abilities, or tell myself I don't have what it takes. Or, I can use what I've learned to come back next year - more experienced, smarter, and stronger.  Mistakes and failure are the path to progress. And although it does sometimes feel like i'm starting behind and getting a late start to all of this, it's just another challenge to overcome. I'm excited to create a version of myself that I haven't seen yet, but for now, I'll be resting on the beaches of Hawaii for the foreseeable future and catching up on some MUCH needed down time 🌊

WHAT A BLESSING IT IS TO BE TIRED IN THE PURSUIT OF YOUR OWN CHOOSING. Truly 🫶🏽

15 air squats 
20 cal row 
(add a weight vest for an extra challenge!)

🔗 in B!0 to train efficiently when you're limited on time. 1 power hour, 6 days a week. Let's do this 🙌🏽
