Eating with the bears, had to try it.

Peep the color, that pink red hue in salmon comes from astaxanthin, a powerful antioxidant found in certain algae.

Taste 10/10

warning : don’t try this at home. Freeze salmon first.

Exactly 1 year ago I stood on top of the world…

If you know who took this video please help me find him.

Someone sent me this video online… and said “wait is that you” short answer… yes this is me… but I don’t remember who I was talking to or that they were even recoding me. this was a simple passing on the mountain… from where I’m at in this video it was about 8 hours after I summited… about 6 hours after the “Hillary step” collapsed and multiple people lost their lives.

There’s no “help” when you’re up this high.

I spent 47 days on that mountain, and zero part of it was predictable. From the moment we left base camp, everything became a question mark—not just if we’d summit, but if we’d make it back at all.

You’re forced to let go of control. I started thinking about death, not in fear, but with clarity.
Am I good with how far I’ve come in life?
Am I good with who I have become?
Am I good…period?

Everest stripped everything down. It quieted the noise. I had to find calm inside uncertainty.

I’ve shared pieces of the climb, but not much about what came after. The way it changed how I think, how I work, how I live.

I think everyone should go through something like this, something longer than a week, longer than a comfort zone. Long enough that your brain can’t fake its way through.

An expedition is just an adventure with an unknown outcome.

That uncertainty is where the real shift happens.

The only way forward is all in

When @albertmatheny and I started @Promix, we didn’t test the waters..we went 100% in. We had full conviction & set out to find the best ingredients on the planet for our products.

The worst-case scenario? It fails.
But you already know that going in.
So what? At least you went. At least you built. At least you tried & learned

Too many people half-commit and wonder why nothing clicks.
If you’re not obsessed, don’t bother.
If you’re not willing to risk it, stay home.

The formula?
Go all in. Bet on yourself.
Make mistakes. Learn fast.
And never settle for nothing but your best.

That’s how you build something that lasts.

Alaska is one of the last places on Earth where nature still runs the show.

The state is known for its strict environmental protections, clean waters, and untouched wilderness. It’s why we trust it. From glacier-fed streams to wild-caught salmon, everything sourced here meets a higher standard. That’s why we drink the water, and it’s why we chose Alaska for our cod liver oil and salmon. Clean land, clean sea, clean sourcing.

Line caught Wild Alaskan salmon & cod liver oil
3 days till launch!

You don’t need the perfect plan. You need to move.

I’m jumping on a call today at 5PM EST to share what helped me climb out of that stuck place: what I did, what I stopped doing, and what actually moved the needle.

👉 Comment “change” and I’ll send you the invite

I grew up on a farm in a small town of 800 people.
Hung drywall with my dad before school and during summer. Got sent to military academy after he passed, Played football in college then Dropped out, started Managing nightclubs & restaurants. Then didn’t have a job.

I’ve sat on the edge of my bed with no idea what the hell I was doing with my life.

What changed everything wasn’t a lucky break.
It was movement.
Showing up, Stacking small wins..putting myself around the right people & in the right environments

Excited to chat with y’all tonight at 5pm est. ✌️

On the summit push…I Never thought I’d fall asleep at 27,000 standing up, strapped into the side of a mountain (pure exhaustion) But that cat nap on the edge of Everest… game changer.

Highly recommend cat naps
