one of my greatest hopes is to raise kids who take initiative - who say — “I can fix everyone cereal!” (S/O @threewishes!!!)  “I can get him up for you!” “I’ll pour the milk!” “I’ll go get the blower, mom”  I really believe initiative like that grows when we trust them with “big kid” tasks and STOP killing their initiative to help by always saying - “no not right now” or “no, I’ll do that”  trust them with cracking the eggs, pouring the milk, putting shoes on the baby, opening the oven for you — be creative and look for “big kid” tasks and watch how it changes them.  they’ll  be more cooperative, eager to help and quick to take initiative. Truly changed our home and truly believe it will change yours too!!  loved getting to share this message with @threewishes bc cereal is the perfect wake up food to foster independence!! Three Wishes is packed with 8g of protein and only 3g of sugar and is gluten and grain free!! we get ours at Walmart!!  #threewishespartner

Totes! Does this one give me a bit more stable energy and feel better on a daily basis? Absolutely. 10/10 Colleen’s recommend ya give it a try. And if eating with littles? Maybe explain to them the difference in nutrition from a neutral standpoint- could be a FAB little teachable moment!

This #ThreeWishesPartner has tried waaaaay too many cereals that make me feel like I’m eating a box of straight artificial sweeteners (can’t stand that aftertaste!) but I finally found @threewishes that doesn’t 👏 Do I still love childhood sugary faves? Totes! Does this one give me a bit more stable energy and feel better on a daily basis? Absolutely. 10/10 Colleen’s recommend ya give it a try. And if eating with littles?
