I grew up eating @tacotimenw and it brings back so many great memories. Taco Time NW has always been one my family’s go-to spots. We love their Crisp Burritos and now there’s more incentive to eat there. Make sure you check them out and order some Spicy Ranch and Spicy Tater Fries to go with your meal. If you love it spicy, both are definitely for you. I absolutely love Italian food and I was craving that last week. A recent friend recommended @piaceretrattoria if I was ever in Burien, so we checked it out and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The showstopper was definitely the Cacio e Pepe prepared tableside in a Parmigiano Reggiano Wheel, but the other dishes including their Gnocchi and Chilean Sea Bass were equally as delicious. Finishing the meal off with Pistachio Tiramisu was the perfect ending to our meal. Here’s your motivation to eat at @triumphvalley_shoreline at night. Most people come for their Dim Sum in the day time, but I’m telling you dinner might be even better if you’re craving Chinese Food. This brought back old memories when I was younger as all of us surrounded the Lazy Susan as each dish arrived at the tables we always started with a soup for the table before all the food came. This really felt like I was at a Chinese Banquet wedding all over again. Dishes came out furiously and fast and everything was so good as all of us shared family style. Featuring Chinese-Korean Barbecue, Mama Xita BBQ originated in northeastern China in the Xita District. This area is known for Korean BBQ in China and Mama Xita BBQ specializes in premium Wagyu Meats and unique, bold marinades. The Barbecue is very high quality, but with an affordable price. We got the Combo B Dinner Set that was plenty for 3-4 people and it was $113 if you’re a @chubbyclubmembership member ($128 for non-members). Every protein in the Combo Set was so tender, but the Mama Xita Ginseng King Angus Prime Steak and Signature A5 Wagyu Skirt Steak were our favorites. In addition to the Chinese-Korean Barbecue, we also ordered several Korean dishes including the Kimchi Fried Rice and Mama Xita Beef Pancake. The interior is stunning and the service was out of this world. Hope everyone had an amazing holiday for those that celebrate it.🎅🏻🎁🎄 I’ve been cooking my family’s Prime Rib and I think I finally perfected the recipe this year with no grey band from the cap. I Reversed Seared the 8lb. Prime Rib low and slow at 225° and I used @thegrilldads method of using the bones to the protect the Rib Cap before hard searing it for 10 minutes for the perfect crust. I’ve always done the Closed over method, but from now on, it’s Reverse Sear all the way if you have the time. Merry Christmas everyone! There’s also a huge selection of value items that are $9.99 and Under including a Smoked Turkey Leg, Bristol Bay Salmon Chowder, Fletcher’s All Beef Hot Dog and more. @piroshkypiroshky will be at @climatepledgearena now as well as the return of @ballardpizzaco. Also new to this season is free movement of mixed drinks throughout the arena. Now, you can bring your favorite cocktails to your seat. When I first ate at @azukimadison when they first opened many years ago, I thought it was the best udon in Seattle and I still haven’t found a place that’s comparable around here. The Niku Udon was my go-to and it was always so good. I recently returned for a visit and I love how they expanded to allow more seating. I had the opportunity to try one of their summer specials, the Hiyashi Udon Flight II. This cold noodle flight featured 3 styles of Cold Udon including Aged Balsamic & Virgin Olive Oil, Wild Sockeye w/ Spicy Cod Roe and Sesame Paste w/ Chili Oil and Basil. They also offer a cold udon and chilled soup special called the Shibire Niku Kakiage you can order as well. I will need to come back for that. If you prefer the traditional giant bowls of udon, I’d definitely recommend trying one of their many bowls. We got Riyuji’s Tokumori, which had everything. Perfect for anyone who can’t decide. Azuki is one of my favorite noodle spots in Seattle and if you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend making it out to Madison in Seattle. #seattle #japanese #udon #noodles #restaurant

When I first ate at @azukimadison when they first opened many years ago, I thought it was the best udon in Seattle and I still haven’t found a place that’s comparable around here. The Niku Udon was my go-to and it was always so good. I recently returned for a visit and I love how they expanded to allow more seating. I had the opportunity to try one of their summer specials, the Hiyashi Udon Flight II. This cold noodle flight featured 3 styles of Cold Udon including Aged Balsamic & Virgin Olive Oil, Wild Sockeye w/ Spicy Cod Roe and Sesame Paste w/ Chili Oil and Basil. They also offer a cold udon and chilled soup special called the Shibire Niku Kakiage you can order as well. I will need to come back for that. If you prefer the traditional giant bowls of udon, I’d definitely recommend trying one of their many bowls. We got Riyuji’s Tokumori, which had everything. Perfect for anyone who can’t decide. Azuki is one of my favorite noodle spots in Seattle and if you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend making it out to Madison in Seattle. #seattle #japanese #udon #noodles #restaurant
When @uwajimaya and @pagliaccipizza decide to Team-up and create a Pizza, you know I’m there. They made the Waji Pie and this pizza is exclusive to all Pagliacci locations through April 14th. You all know how much I love both Uwajimaya and Pagliacci. I’ve had amazing memories since I was a kid eating and shopping at both with my family and especially shopping with my grandma at the old Chinatown/ID location. So when I got the chance to try The Waji Pie, I just had to make my way. Using ingredients from Uwajimaya, I loved the fusion of this pizza. Teriyaki Chicken, Chili-Crisp Roasted Pineapple, Pickled Red Onions, Mozzarella, Green Onions, Teriyaki Mayonnaise and Sesame-Nori Furikake. This pizza pie just marries so well. Pagliacci and Uwajimaya have been staples in the Pacific Northwest and I just love that they decided to collab together. @haidilao_southcenter is now open in Tukwila. One of my favorite hot pot dining experiences is now in the South. We visited during the Grand Opening on August 8th and everyone is so excited it’s now in Southcenter Mall. This location is so large they have 2 Sauce Bars and it’s perfect for a meal while you’re shopping. I love Haidilao Hot Pot because it’s just not hot pot, but a whole entertaining experience. From the dancing noodles, birthday celebrations, secret phrases to your server for special gifts and other fun surprises. It’s great for family and kids. I also love their variety of ingredients and broth selection. They have so many Wagyu options and you don’t normally see hot pot restaurants offering conch and abalone. The ingredients are fresh and high quality. In addition, there’s a soft serve machine which is perfect to finish off your meal. Whenever you see @mangosteen206 stand at Events, Markets and Concerts, you have to get their wings.
