Baby sister Eleonora is finally here 🥹🤍
She arrived very fast Monday evening at  22:24 and our little family now feels complete🥹. I will tell you the full story but this morning started at the emergency and I’m now getting hospitalised for 48h observation due to extreme swelling and itching in my hands due to high liver enzymes 😩 fingers crossed it goes away on its own without treatment 🤞🏼

I love my body in all shapes but even in the ones I don’t prefer he’s hyping me up. My forever valentine 💌 
Wearing @womensbest essential collection 💕

You already know I don’t support focusing on weight loss the first few months after having your baby. 
That doesn’t mean I prefer how I look atm cause I’m gonna be honest I don’t. BUTTTT I am still feeling so confident in these 10 extra kg and in peace with my body. 

How can I still be confident?
1. I know it’s not forever. I know I’ll be back better than ever soon. I know im building strength. I know I created a baby, stretched out my belly, breastfeed around the clock. Im giving my body and mind time to heal and rebuild with love for even better results later on.

2. Him him him ❤️ my fiancé and baby daddy who constantly makes me feel like I’m the ONE. He hypes me up, grabs my butt and love me in all shapes and sizes. He makes me feel beautiful and confident during this journey without stressing me the slightest and I’m so grateful for him. Can’t wait to level up with him though and train together very soon 💪💪

That’s likely diastasis recti — when your abs naturally separate to make room for baby 💛
It’s common, not dangerous, and treatable postpartum, either with exercise or some cases when the muscles don’t go back naturally - with surgery. 
👉 While pregnant: avoid crunches, sit-ups & straining movements for example hanging in a bar or other overhead movements. Try to always engage your core while training, pressing the cone down. We don’t want to see it coming like this, that usually means core is not engaged or that it’s too heavy for us. (This goes for after pregnancy as well)
👉 Postpartum: gentle core rehab is key! (Meaning no crunch movements again to close that gap in your abs).
If not restored it can cause back pain, bulging/big belly etc. so don’t skip building your core strength once baby is out 🫡

The most intimate, perfect proposal I could ever have wished for and I felt so fooled haha.
Long story short: We were going to fly to Sweden the next day and had to get up at 3.30 am so we had been cleaning and stressing all day. He had suggested a family sunset shoot the day before and thought it was a great idea to do it after a nice beach side restaurant that same day. He HATES doing shoots with me and I had been saying for a month I wanted one with Isabella so who am I to say no when he finally agrees 😅
After the most cosy dinner and playing at the beach he and Isabella said wait here and ran ahead along the beach. I thought they were setting up a picnic for our shoot or something to surprise me with since we had brought fruit for Isabella.

He gave me the green light to search for them and I saw them from far away and people around me were pointing and talking like “here she comes”. I still didn’t realise I thought they were excited for the shoot cause it looked pretty.  A few meters away I saw Jonatan’s face, I froze, said “no for real??”and started crying 🥹 
Biggest surprise of my life. 
He held the cutest speech and went down on one knee. 
I couldn’t have wished for a more perfect moment.
These past 7 years together have been funniest, craziest and happiest years of my life. I love you so much and I can’t wait to marry and spend the rest of my life you 😭💍🤍

The secret to a flat belly postpartum (and in general) is a strong core. After having a baby our abs have separated and are severely weakened which we want to fix. If we don’t it can lead to back pain, hip pain, bad posture, leakage, heaviness in pelvic floor etc. 

So mamas when looking at your new belly I want to remind you most likely should not focus on weight loss, focus on strength. That is what will make you feel strong, healthy and tighten your mid section again. No amount of cardio or diet can fix that.

Why? Because most of us feel uncomfortable, not like our self, bloated and the list goes on. Some of you are even ashamed which is so wrong ❌
After the last Q&A we did the question came up and sooo many of you thanked me for my reply on regarding pregnancy weight gain - which was: YOU SHOULD GAIN WEIGHT. You are supposed to gain weight.

It’s not just fat you’re gaining even though it might feel that way because we can get very bloated, swell, see cellulite, get bigger boobs, clothes don’t fit etc 
So where does the pregnancy weight go? 🤰✨

👶 Baby: ~3.2–3.6 kg
🧠 Placenta: ~0.5–0.7 kg
💧 Amniotic fluid: ~0.8–1.0 kg
🌸 Uterus growth: ~0.9–1.3 kg
💞 Breast tissue: ~0.5–1.5 kg
🩸 Extra blood volume: ~1.2–1.5 kg
💦 Fluid retention: ~1.0–2.0 kg
🍫 Fat stores (for energy & breastfeeding): ~2.5–4.0 kg

Total? Around 10–15 kg — or even more and every part has a purpose. Your body is doing something amazing and this transformation is something we should be proud of as well. We are creating LIFE ✨🥹

Pregnancy guidelines I go after and tell clients 🤰💪
Besides the most obvious one - always listen to your body. Do what feels right.

1️⃣ No need to adjust 1st trimester: Your body can handle your usual routine — just listen to energy levels and you can start adjusting when your body is changing.

2️⃣ Control abdominal pressure: Keeps your core + pelvic floor safe and prevents coning. It can also help with less diastasis recti.

3️⃣ Posterior pelvic tilts: Strengthen deep abs & ease back tension. It helps you fix your posture in all exercises once we get heavier.

4️⃣ Train posterior chain: Meaning glutes, hamstrings, lower back, upper back, calves. Glutes + hamstrings are extra important to support posture and prevent pain.

5️⃣ Keep inner core strong: Builds stability and supports your growing bump.It can also aid your recovery postpartum.

6️⃣ Add diagonal & unilateral moves: Improves balance, functional strength and hip health. 

7️⃣ Heart rate up is OK: Cardio boosts stamina for labor and overall health. You don’t need to keep it lower than a certain number but don’t maximise it either. 

8️⃣ Hip openers (3rd tri): Prepare your body for birth positioning.

9️⃣ Relax pelvic floor (3rd tri): Helps baby descend and reduces tearing risk.
