Helen’s story is one we see all the time…

She didn’t struggle because she lacked motivation. She struggled because every time she started, she was guessing.

Helen will be the first to tell you—she almost didn’t start because of how uncomfortable she felt walking into a gym. She thought everyone was looking at her, judging her, and that she didn’t belong there yet.
