Helen’s story is one we see all the time…

She didn’t struggle because she lacked motivation. She struggled because every time she started, she was guessing.

She’d begin with the idea of success… but without the structure, the plan, or the understanding of what actually works. Eventually it would feel overwhelming, and the cycle would start again.

On top of that, the gym itself felt intimidating. The fear of what people might think was enough to make walking through the door feel like the hardest step.

Since starting with Shane, things began to change.
