Nothing fancy, just fresh. And it’s funny… this isn’t a new discovery, just a return to what’s always worked for me. Somewhere in the mix of full days and off routines, I slipped out of the habits that help me feel my best. But now, easing back in, I’m remembering how powerful the simple things are. More clarity, more energy, more ease. Watching her snack with joy and zero effort reminded me: real food doesn’t need to be complicated. It just needs to be real. Plant > processed—always has been, always will be. And you can still have the treats, of course. But I’ve found that when I start with the good stuff, I’m usually not craving the other stuff nearly as much. It makes it easier to stay aligned with how I want to feel. 💪😚🤸‍♀️ Here’s to circling back to what works—and letting it be simple. Wooo! Side note: apparently berries taste better when eaten off your fingers… olives too. Kid logic! 🥰 Game plan- something plant first- what else after- but see if trying to fill up on that before is enough to change your choice trajectory! Oh also game plan for me (if you’re still reading your a real one and maybe you want to join me)- Im starting the 90 ultimate transformation next week! (I’m starting over haha). Can I change the color? I want it to look natural, dark, and not orange or too red… and how do I get it not to bubble? My first home project video! 🛠️🌴I wasn’t going to share cuz it’s a fail so far, and it’s definitely not “instagram worthy” but it is what it is and I actually would LOVE some advice hahah so let’s start with our old shed-we built years old- we brought it down the street to our new place- and decided to give it a lil makeover (we painted our home this color so thought we’d have the shed match)… built out the deck, and got to the staining part… which turned into a what not to do real fast! A dream we’ve talked about for years just came true- we bought our first family home!! 🏡✨it still feels surreal saying that. The past few months have been a blur of paint, boxes, cleaning and late nights — getting ready for our next chapter. My heart just keeps coming back to gratitude. For this community that’s been with us through so many seasons, for all your love and support, and for making this dream possible. This home means so much more than some walls and a roof — it’s where our kids will grow up, where we’ll host sunset dinners, plant roots, and keep building the life we’ve always dreamed of. Feeling so thankful every single day. And side note… the DIY projects are off the charts guys! -or should I say, a lot of WNTDs — “what not to do’s” 😂). Found a few pics on my hard drive that made me smile!☀️. Salty and soaked on repeat — that’s the rhythm these days. Making the most of every day and it feels so good. You know that feeling when you’ve poured everything into the day, and then flop onto your bed smiling? Love that. 💛 I always come back to this quote: “Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.” 🫶🫶🫶 Wishing you a beautiful day, wherever you are.🌎 Thanks for the memories @kanduivillas @def_mentawai @iqbalmentawai 📸
Got my hair cut today!!🎀💇‍♀️😍does it feel so good to get your hair freshened up! I was long over due for some hair TLC- (I try to go twice a year- and if you’re on island I couldn’t recommend @dadahawaii enough!! ) My hair is finally feeling thick and full like it use too! (It got pretty thin, for me, after Ciel was born and so I did some things to help it!) 🌿 focus on Whole Foods and supplements always — healthy fats and plant protein go a long way and supplements can take it to the next level (have you ever taken a pre natal and your hair and nails start growing super fast- so ya like a good multi vitamin can help or there’s good hair focus ones out there I could recommend too. 💧 I try and drink a ton of water and oil my scalp when I remember (even just once a week helps- I’ve started to treat my scalp like my face-learned this mentality in Korea). Adding electrolytes helps my body hang on to the moisture better 🛁 I keep it gentle: minimal heat, soft detangling, and deep conditioning once a week. If I go in the ocean I wear a leave in conditioner, and a sun salt protectant! I’m heading out for this summer where I’ll be in the water for a good 4-5 hours a day so we will see if my hair can withstand the ocean sun salt beating haha! Thanks so much @richiemiao and crew at @dadahawaii! ❤️ And if you’re hair is feeling extra thirsty here’s a easy DIY vegan mask: 🥥 Deep Conditioning Mask • 2 tbsp coconut cream or thick coconut milk • 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil • A few drops of rosemary or lavender oil (optional) Mix it up, apply to damp hair from mid-length to ends, and leave on for 20–30 min before rinsing. #beforeandafter #haircare #haircut

Three flights and a boat ride later… and we’ve landed in paradise. 🌺🌊 Back at @kanduivillas for the summer, and I can’t wait to bring you along! This place is like nowhere else—the air feels electric, the ocean is so alive like even my dreams get more vivid out here. It’s hard to explain… it just feels more alive and my soul craves it enough to obsess over every year and find a way to try and make it back here! Haha I heard they’re fully booked for June and July, but if you’re craving an adventure, there are a few spots left later in the season. Truly a trip of a lifetime- for so many reasons Grateful to be here- favorite place on Earth. 💫
