2 Weeks Post Surgery 🎉 This injury is completely different compared to the tricep. That was rough in comparison to this. Different discomfort, and a new type of challenge. My recovery: I’m throwing everything at it Every method I know, every tool, every edge, And the same mindset I brought to Mr. Olympia, Now aimed straight at healing. Tbh I should’ve jumped on IG Stories sooner, shared more but I had my moments. The truth is, no matter how mentally strong you are, Getting Back to back injuries are fucking rough. They mess with your head. And I feel I have a strong mentality Canceled vacations, missed business trips, the recovery time etc fine, I can take that. But losing time with my kids? Two summers in a row! That’s fucking brutal. These are moments that only happen once, And suddenly they’re older, Adiena is soon to be 10 Macsen just tuned 3 talking less like babies they once were Any parent knows what that feels like But, there’s a lesson in it. There always is. And God always has a plan In this Last year, fan/ followers/ friends have all told me my YouTube rehab series helped them. Tbh I’m not trying to do the whole YouTube thing again on this i want to keep it easy I’ll just post here, keeping it raw and real. Thinking of going LIVE, maybe at my first PT session. I am beyond pumped for it!!!!!! Let me know if that’s something, you want to see 🏆 Very grateful to everyone, Truly amazing support ❤️❤️❤️ Selfishly I have to single out my wife @alir87 😘 blessed to have her 🤜🏻❤️🤛🏻

Sometimes the biggest “Flex” isn’t a trophy, it’s living out a dream you once thought impossible… I just found this photo (I never posted) of myself and Kevin backstage, during his comeback show @mrolympiallc As a teenager, his photos were over my school binders, on the walls of my room, myself and friends watched every VHS videos we could get our hands on, he was one of the athletes that fueled my obsession for bodybuilding. To tell that 15-17yr old kid I be able to get this photo, I would of said your crazy, sometimes you have to remember chapters of your life to truly realize how far you have come, and even when you are having bad days or tougher times, remember what was once a wild dream, has already come true! Thank you for all the motivation - A true legend Kevin “Maryland Muscle Machine” Levrone, one of the greatest to ever do it.
