these are sooo cute! Did anyone else used to make frozen bananas rolled in nuts or candies as a kid?! SO GOOD. These are more of a fun, bite sized version—perfect for curbing a sweet tooth! & you can have fun rolling them in different toppings!

Simply slice the banana in half, then half again, and again until you get little fries. Dip in melted chocolate, roll in chopped peanuts, then freeze for at least 3-4 hours for the best texture! I dipped mine in peanut butter caramel! 

Pb caramel:
•2 tbsp maple syrup
•1 tbsp peanut butter
•1/8 tsp vanilla extract & good pinch of salt 
•splash of room temp water, as needed to thin 

Simply whisk & enjoyyyyy!!

We’re celebrating getting back bear & rainie’s Embark breed & health results! Being we rescued rainie (and shes 13) & with bear turning 8, we wanted to make sure there weren’t any health risks we should be aware of -  Embark screens for over 270 health risks AND is the only dog DNA test that provides personalized allergy risk scores! It’s so cute too - I like that Embark can show you if your pups have any relatives nearby - We found bear’s sister! 🥹 

If you’ve been curious or want to stay on top of your babies health, I can’t recommend the Embark Breed + Health Test enough! It also makes such a fun gift for a dog lover in your life! 

The test was actually so fun to do & the dogs were pretty stoked they got special treats for having to get swabbed ;) We top them with the Embark supplements (Joint for rainie & the Multi for bear) because.. #health ;)

For the cookies:
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup maple syrup

Simply mix together the peanut butter & maple syrup until smooth (add a pinch of salt if you want to eat them too!). Use a cookie scoop to drop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Use a fork to create the classic PB cookie fork marks. Bake at 350f for 10-12 minutes until golden around the edges. Let cool completely on the baking sheet before moving to an air-tight container.

I’ve been obsessed with these for years but hadn’t made them in forever because Fruit Riot ruined me & made it easy to buy them 🤭 but I loveeeee them homemade! I use monk fruit to keep them sugar free, but they’re the perfect sweet & sour, refreshing treat  to curb a sweet tooth! & you only need 4 ingredients!

2 ingredient cookie berry cobbler! 

I’ve been seeing this all over IG and HADDDDD to try. So worth the hype! I’ve also used @cappellos cookie dough and loved it! 

All you need:
Frozen berries
(I add 1 tbsp tapioca flour to help thicken the berries but this is optional!)
1 package @sweetlorens cookies (I used sugar cookie)

Dump the frozen berries into the bottom of your pan. Stir in the tapioca if using. Then place the cookies over the top, like you would cobbler! 

Bake at 350 until golden brown and berries are bubbly! Mine took 30ish mins but keep an eye on it!

Serve immediately with vanilla ice cream or coconut whip!
