this high-protein orzo bowl is super simple & filling

the recipe:
high-protein Banza orzo with chicken sausage

- 1 box Banza Orzo
- 2 packs chicken sausage (8 links)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- A few handfuls of spinach

1. Sauté onion + garlic until soft
2. Add in sliced sausage and cook until browned
3. Stir in dry Banza orzo and toast for 1–2 mins
4. Pour in broth + lemon juice, stir, and let it simmer until orzo is cooked through (10-12 mins)
5. Add in spinach at the end to wilt + cheese to your liking

here’s what I meal prepped this week 🤸🏼‍♀️⭐️🧚🏼‍♀️✨

🏋🏼‍♀️head to my bio for personalized meal + exercise training plans 

👩🏼‍🍳all meal prep products are in my amazon!!!

Lunch: Lean Ground Beef Bowls
* 2 lbs lean ground beef
* Season well with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin
* Once browned, add 1 minced garlic clove, adobo sauce, and a drizzle of honey
Cook on medium-high heat until fully browned and saucy

Roasted Potatoes
* ~1.5 lbs baby/golden potatoes (my preference) 
* Chop into bite-size pieces and toss with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin + @kindersflavors garlic & herb seasoning
* Roast at 450°F for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy

Breakfast: PB Protein Overnight Oats
* ⅔ cup oats (I use @kodiakcakes for more protein ) 
* ⅓ cup PB protein for oats @pescience 
* ½ cup milk of choice (I use @fairlife for more protein) 
* ½ banana (sliced)
Mix together and refrigerate overnight for a creamy, high-protein breakfast
Snacks
* Hard boiled eggs for a protein boost
* Greek yogurt with fresh fruit for extra protein + fiber
