Some call it #BoyKibble, we call it the ultimate 4-Point #CheeseburgerSaladBowl. 🐶🍔 INGREDIENTS: Extra lean ground beef: 1 lb Yellow onion: 1 small, finely chopped (reserve 1 tbsp) Kosher salt: 1 tsp Cooking spray: 4 sprays Shredded Romaine: 6 cups Plum tomatoes: 4 medium, diced Dill pickle: 12 slices (reserve 3 for sauce) Reduced-fat cheddar: ½ cup, shredded Red onion: 6 thin slices Sauce: Light mayo: 2 tbsp Ketchup: 1 tbsp Mustard: 1.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce: 0.5 tsp Reserved: 1 tbsp onion + 3 finely chopped pickles INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: Brown beef with salt and yellow onion (reserve 1 tbsp onion for sauce) in a nonstick skillet until no longer pink (7–9 mins). The 7-Point Alfredo hack you didn’t know you needed. 🍝 Ingredients: Uncooked linguini, 8 oz Fat free cottage cheese, 1 pound 2% reduced fat milk, ½ cup Garlic, 1 clove Kosher salt, ¾ tsp Black pepper, ¼ tsp Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, 1 Tbsp Fresh zucchini spirals, 1 pound Cooked skinless boneless chicken breast, 1 pound, thinly sliced or shredded Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, 4 tsp Recipe: 1. Heat large pot of salted water to boiling on high. Cook linguine according to package. 2. Before draining pasta, save 1/4 cup pasta water and stir the zucchini noodles into the pot. Drain immediately. 3. While pasta cooks, in a blender, puree cottage cheese, milk, garlic, 1 Tbsp Parmigiano cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth. 4. Toss drained pasta-zucchini mixture with the cheese sauce. If sauce is too thick, add splash of reserved pasta cooking water and toss to coat. 5. Divide pasta among 4 plates. Top each with 4 oz chicken and 1 tsp grated Parmigiano cheese. Season with additional pepper, if desired.

The 8-Point, high-protein pizza hack that tastes so good, you don’t even have to tell them the crust is made with cottage cheese.🤫 Ingredients: 4 sprays olive oil 1 cup 1% low fat cottage cheese 2 large egg 1 tsp dried oregano ¼ tsp garlic powder ½ cup all-purpose flour ¼ cup store-bought pizza sauce ⅓ cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese 1 tbsp grated Parmigiano-Reggiano Fresh basil Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper + coat with olive oil spray. 2. In a medium bowl, stir together cottage cheese, egg, oregano + garlic powder. Fold in flour until combined. 3. On pan, spread cottage cheese mixture in a thin circle to form pizza dough base. Bake 20 minutes, until edges are browned. 4. Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella, and Parmigiano. Lightly spray with olive oil. 5. Bake another 12 or 18 minutes, until cheese is melted and browned. 6. Serving = 1/2 of pizza

Ingredients: Cooking spray, 5 sprays Light mayo, 6 Tbsp Garlic, 1 clove finely chopped Chives, 3 Tbsp chopped Parsley, 2 Tbsp chopped Unseasoned rice vinegar, ½ tsp Plain 1% low fat kefir, 1 cup Table Salt, ¾ tsp, divided Black pepper, ⅛ tsp All-purpose flour, ½ cup, divided 1 large egg Cayenne pepper, ¼ tsp Granulated garlic, ¼ tsp Panko breadcrumbs, 1¼ cup Uncooked onion, 3 medium, cut into 1⁄2-inch slices and separated into rings (reserve the smaller rings for another use) Instructions: 1. In a small bowl, whisk the mayo, garlic, chives, parsley, vinegar, ½ cup of the kefir, ¼ tsp of the salt, and pepper. 2. Spread 1⁄4 cup of the flour on a sheet of wax paper. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg, ¼ tsp of salt, cayenne, granulated garlic, remaining ½ cup kefir, and 1⁄4 cup of the flour until smooth. Spread the panko on another sheet of wax paper. 3.
