In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, cottage cheese, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. 2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat on medium. 3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. 4. The 7-Point Alfredo hack you didn’t know you needed. 🍝 Ingredients: Uncooked linguini, 8 oz Fat free cottage cheese, 1 pound 2% reduced fat milk, ½ cup Garlic, 1 clove Kosher salt, ¾ tsp Black pepper, ¼ tsp Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, 1 Tbsp Fresh zucchini spirals, 1 pound Cooked skinless boneless chicken breast, 1 pound, thinly sliced or shredded Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, 4 tsp Recipe: 1. Heat large pot of salted water to boiling on high. Cook linguine according to package. 2. Before draining pasta, save 1/4 cup pasta water and stir the zucchini noodles into the pot. Drain immediately. 3. While pasta cooks, in a blender, puree cottage cheese, milk, garlic, 1 Tbsp Parmigiano cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth. 4. Toss drained pasta-zucchini mixture with the cheese sauce. If sauce is too thick, add splash of reserved pasta cooking water and toss to coat. 5. Divide pasta among 4 plates. Top each with 4 oz chicken and 1 tsp grated Parmigiano cheese. Season with additional pepper, if desired.

Search "Summer Corn Soup" in the WW app. Ingredients (Serves 8) 2 tbsp unsalted butter 2 tbsp uncooked corn 6 cups fresh kernels (from ~6 large ears) 2 large, halved, cleaned and sliced uncooked leeks (white parts) 8 oz uncooked Yukon gold potato, peeled and cut into cubes 1 large rib celery chopped 5 sprigs fresh thyme 2 cloves garlic minced 4 cups chicken broth 2 cups water 1 tsp kosher salt ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper 1 lime ¾ cup plain fat free Greek yogurt 1 large tomato, diced ½ cup chives ½ cup fresh basil, torn Instructions: 1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add corn, leeks, potatoes, celery, thyme, and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables start to soften, about 5 minutes. 2. Stir in broth, water, salt, and cayenne; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer, uncovered, until vegetables are very tender, about 20 minutes. 3. Remove from heat; puree soup in pot with an immersion blender until almost smooth. 4. Lay 1/8 of mint horizontally on lower third of wrapper, leaving about an inch on all sides; top with 1/8 of each fruit. 4. Bring bottom edge of wrapper up and over, tucking carefully.
