Cherry tomatoes filled with cream cheese, feta, and dill for a Greek flair — only 1 Point per serving 🍅 Ingredients: 24 medium cherry tomatoes, stems removed ¼ cup reduced fat whipped cream cheese 3 tbsp crumbled feta cheese 1 tbsp reduced calorie mayonnaise ⅛ tsp black pepper, freshly ground ¼ cup English cucumber, finely diced 2 tbsp scallions, finely chopped (plus extra for garnish) 2 tsp dill, chopped (plus extra for garnish) Instructions: 1. Carve out a shallow cavity in bottoms of tomatoes; gently squeeze out some of the seeds. 2. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, feta, mayo and pepper; gently stir in cucumber, scallion and dill. Spoon cheese mixture into a quart-size zip-close plastic bag; snip off one corner of bag and pipe mixture evenly into tomatoes. 3. The 7-Point Alfredo hack you didn’t know you needed. 🍝 Ingredients: Uncooked linguini, 8 oz Fat free cottage cheese, 1 pound 2% reduced fat milk, ½ cup Garlic, 1 clove Kosher salt, ¾ tsp Black pepper, ¼ tsp Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, 1 Tbsp Fresh zucchini spirals, 1 pound Cooked skinless boneless chicken breast, 1 pound, thinly sliced or shredded Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, 4 tsp Recipe: 1. Heat large pot of salted water to boiling on high. Cook linguine according to package. 2. Before draining pasta, save 1/4 cup pasta water and stir the zucchini noodles into the pot. Drain immediately. 3. While pasta cooks, in a blender, puree cottage cheese, milk, garlic, 1 Tbsp Parmigiano cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth. 4. Toss drained pasta-zucchini mixture with the cheese sauce. If sauce is too thick, add splash of reserved pasta cooking water and toss to coat. 5. Divide pasta among 4 plates. Top each with 4 oz chicken and 1 tsp grated Parmigiano cheese. Season with additional pepper, if desired.

Search "Summer Corn Soup" in the WW app. Ingredients (Serves 8) 2 tbsp unsalted butter 2 tbsp uncooked corn 6 cups fresh kernels (from ~6 large ears) 2 large, halved, cleaned and sliced uncooked leeks (white parts) 8 oz uncooked Yukon gold potato, peeled and cut into cubes 1 large rib celery chopped 5 sprigs fresh thyme 2 cloves garlic minced 4 cups chicken broth 2 cups water 1 tsp kosher salt ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper 1 lime ¾ cup plain fat free Greek yogurt 1 large tomato, diced ½ cup chives ½ cup fresh basil, torn Instructions: 1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add corn, leeks, potatoes, celery, thyme, and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables start to soften, about 5 minutes. 2. Stir in broth, water, salt, and cayenne; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer, uncovered, until vegetables are very tender, about 20 minutes. 3. 3-Point fresh fruit summer rolls with honey-lime dipping sauce 🍓✨ Ingredients: ¼ cup fresh lime juice 2 tbsp honey 8 rice paper wrappers ¼ cup fresh mint leaves 1 cup thinly sliced strawberries 1 cup thinly sliced pineapple 1 cup thinly sliced mango 1 medium, thinly sliced banana Instructions: 1. To make dipping sauce, combine lime juice and honey in a small airtight container; shake well. 2. Set a shallow bowl of warm water next to a cutting board; have a plate with a damp towel nearby. 3. Soak 1 rice paper wrapper in water until barely pliable but not limp, 30-40 seconds (the softer it gets, the more easily it will tear – you should still feel some of the paper’s texture); carefully slide it onto cutting board and lay flat (it will continue to soften as you work). Lay 1/8 of mint horizontally on lower third of wrapper, leaving about an inch on all sides; top with 1/8 of each fruit. 4. Bring bottom edge of wrapper up and over, tucking carefully. Fold in sides; roll wrapper tightly. Transfer to plate and cover with damp towel; repeat with remaining ingredients to make 8 rolls. Serve rolls with dipping sauce. 5. Serving size: 1 roll, 2 1/4 tsp sauce
