Exactly 1 year ago I stood on top of the world… If you know who took this video please help me find him. Someone sent me this video online… and said “wait is that you” short answer… yes this is me… but I don’t remember who I was talking to or that they were even recoding me. this was a simple passing on the mountain… from where I’m at in this video it was about 8 hours after I summited… about 6 hours after the “Hillary step” collapsed and multiple people lost their lives. There’s no “help” when you’re up this high. I spent 47 days on that mountain, and zero part of it was predictable. From the moment we left base camp, everything became a question mark—not just if we’d summit, but if we’d make it back at all. You’re forced to let go of control. I started thinking about death, not in fear, but with clarity. Am I good with how far I’ve come in life? Am I good with who I have become? Am I good…period? Everest stripped everything down. It quieted the noise. I had to find calm inside uncertainty. I’ve shared pieces of the climb, but not much about what came after. The way it changed how I think, how I work, how I live. I think everyone should go through something like this, something longer than a week, longer than a comfort zone. Long enough that your brain can’t fake its way through. An expedition is just an adventure with an unknown outcome. That uncertainty is where the real shift happens.

It’s been a year since I left to climb Mount Everest.. Nothing prepares you for the conditions up there. -40° winds ripping through your gear. No oxygen. No sleep. No margin for error. Every step up there feels like a war with your own body. You’re freezing, starving, and exhausted—and when you get to the top..you still have to come all the way back down The mountain pushes you to brink of every limit you thought you had. Mentally. Physically. Spiritually. Definitely one of the hardest things I’ve ever done and no I would not do it again.

On the summit push…I Never thought I’d fall asleep at 27,000 standing up, strapped into the side of a mountain (pure exhaustion) But that cat nap on the edge of Everest… game changer. Highly recommend cat naps

Alaska is one of the last places on Earth where nature still runs the show. The state is known for its strict environmental protections, clean waters, and untouched wilderness. It’s why we trust it. From glacier-fed streams to wild-caught salmon, everything sourced here meets a higher standard. That’s why we drink the water, and it’s why we chose Alaska for our cod liver oil and salmon. Clean land, clean sea, clean sourcing. Line caught Wild Alaskan salmon & cod liver oil 3 days till launch @Promix Nutrition

Bear crawl marathon vs. Everest… what’s harder? Altitude sickness vs blistered hands Death lurking around each corner vs. Pure agony with every step a 47 day journey vs 20 hrs & 48 minutes of pure hell 🔥 One took more of my body. The other took more of a toll on my mind. Which one you choosing?
