It’s such a small change but it brings so much peace of mind. Here’s what we switched to: • Stainless steel plates (with lids + suction) 🍽️ @Elk and Friends  • Stainless steel cups 🥤 • Ceramic bowls with silicone sleeves 🥣 • Stainless steel cutlery 🍴 • Stainless steel thermos + bento boxes @hydroflask @TheGoodKiind  Everything stacks better, looks cleaner, and the kids can grab what they need on their own. Simple, safe, and functional ✨

We don’t drink juice in our house with our kids and here’s why…🧃🚫 I know this one can be controversial, but we made the decision years ago to skip juice and stick to water 💧 Here’s why: Juice is basically sugar water with food colouring. It doesn’t fill them up and can spike their blood sugar. It trains their taste buds to want sweet all the time and then not like the taste of water or say it’s “boring”. Instead, we just do water. They drink it, they’re used to it, and they’re not constantly asking for juice boxes. Water is so important for our health and I want our kids to love and crave water above else when they are thirsty. Do your kids drink juice? I’m genuinely curious how other families handle this 👇
