Miami Swim Week - who would’ve thought at 39 with a daughter, I could still work a stage. ✨🪩 What a night! Congrats to all the girls and designers who rocked it this week! On cloud nine! 💖 Believe it or not, stage presence and posing never came natural to me. I had to really practice posing with my bestie Laura for years to learn how to slow my moves down and pose in angles that flattered my body. My first ever walk in 2014, I was allotted 30 seconds on stage, and I was so nervous, I ran through my posing in 15 seconds 😂🥵. I then decided I needed coaching so I went to posing clinics with a bunch of pros, and even did a clinic with my girl @Mandy Sacs to learn how to move slower, confidently and fluid. All these years of performing in front of the camera on shoots has also helped. I truly believe every woman deserves to feel sexy, confident and cheered for in life and I’m so grateful to have experienced this moment with so many beauties lighting up the stage. 💞🌴 A special thanks to Moxy Swim for putting on such an amazing night!
