Here’s why I pack my middle schooler a Protein Pocket from Subway for lunch everyday… 1. It’s actually cheaper than school lunch! (Only $3.99) 2. There’s at least 21 grams of protein in each pocket! 3. Each pocket has fresh veggies in it that he will actually eat. 4. There are four types of protein pockets, so he never gets bored, and I just keep them on rotation. 5.
