I do a simple 1:1 swap with FLORA Block and FLORA Thickened Cream, so you still get that proper creamy pie vibe, but it’s dairy free and lactose free. One pot, only cooking 1 dish, FLORA Block and Cream are affordable and bring great value into the conversation. Top it with my quick dill scone lid, no rolling, no stress, bake it up and boom. You look like you tried really hard. Creamy delicious dish. The difference is FLORA. What you NEED 1 onion 3 carrots 3 potatoes 1 head broccoli 100g FLORA Block 1 tbsp crushed garlic 1 tbsp old bay seasoning 1 cup FLORA Thickened Cream 1 kg marinara mix 1 cup vegetable stock For the dough 3 cups SR flour 100g FLORA Block 1 1/4 cups FLORA Thickened Cream 1 bunch dill Salt and pepper What you do Dice the onion, carrot, potatoes and broccoli. Melt 100g FLORA Block with the onion, carrot and garlic. Cook until soft. Add the potatoes and stock and cook until the potatoes are soft. Stir in the old bay, FLORA Thickened Cream and marinara mix. Season with salt and pepper. Rub 100g FLORA Block into the SR flour with your fingertips. Mix in the finely sliced dill and FLORA Thickened Cream to make a soft dough. Tip onto the bench and gently knead into a log. Cut into 12 pieces. Place on top of the seafood filling and bake for 25 minutes at 200C until golden.

No kneading, one bowl, minimal fuss and a big, fluffy, golden reward at the end. If you can stir, you can make this bread. Let me show you how. This easy no knead focaccia is soft on the inside, crispy on the outside and perfect for beginners, busy families or anyone who wants fresh homemade bread without the stress. EASY NO KNEAD ONE BOWL FOCACCIA WHAT YOU NEED 4 cups all-purpose flour, or bread flour 2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons honey 2 packets yeast 2 cups hot water from the tap 1/4 cup olive oil WHAT YOU DO I put everything except the oil into a large bowl and mix until there’s no dry flour left. That’s it, no fancy technique required. I cover the bowl with cling wrap and leave it in a warm spot for 1 hour. With wet hands, I fold each side of the dough into the middle. I pour half the olive oil into a baking tray and pop the dough straight in. I cover it again with cling wrap and put it back in a warm spot until it rises and spreads to almost cover the base of the tray. I pour over the remaining oil and gently dimple the dough with my fingers. I sprinkle over flaky salt because focaccia loves it. I bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes until golden and fluffy. Heat a little oil in a pan and place the chicken skin side down. Cook until golden brown, then remove from the pan. In the same pan, add the onion, garlic, ginger, coriander roots and stems, chilli, and rice. Cook for about a minute. Pour in the coconut milk, chicken stock, and add the sliced limes. Nestle the chicken back into the pan on top of the rice mixture. Once the liquid starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid. Cook for 15 minutes. Check to ensure the rice is done. If not, let it cook for a few more minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a squeeze of extra lime juice for that extra zing. I am so exhausted but also so very excited to be moving into a new home next week. We have been lucky enough to be able to save enough money for a deposit on a house big enough for my kids and grand kids to come home and visit without having to sleep on a blow up mattress in the lounge room. I am so exhausted but also so very excited to be moving into a new home next week. We have been lucky enough to be able to save enough money for a deposit on a house big enough for my kids and grand kids to come home and visit without having to sleep on a blow up mattress in the lounge room. In 2019 weeks moved into a unit and if I’m honest, I should have know I wasn’t a unit girly. I really miss my garden and the space a house gives you to have visitors. We are not moving far but it feels like a big move forward for our family. I’m so very grateful for this opportunity for my family. Perfect for a weeknight dinner that’ll impress with zero stress! 🍝✨ Ingredients: 5 Fresh Lasagna Sheets 5 Fat Italian-Style Sausages 3 Tbsp Tomato Paste 1 Tbsp Crushed Garlic 1 Tsp Dried Thyme 1 Tsp Dried Rosemary 1 Tsp Dried Oregano 2 Tbsp Chicken Stock Powder 2 Cups Water 700g Jar Tomato Passata 2 Cups Pizza Cheese Method: Lay out lasagna sheets. Remove sausage skins and spread the meat across each sheet. Roll into logs and slice each into 4 swirls. In a baking dish, mix tomato paste, garlic, herbs, stock powder and water into a sauce. Add the swirls, swirl-side up. Cover with passata and top with cheese. Bake at 180°C covered for 40 mins, then uncover and bake 5–10 more mins until golden.
