I had his ribs this past summer, and while at training camp last week, he showed me his technique for creating a mustard\hot sauce\seasoning slather to let the ribs marinate in. 🤯 These were so god the boys kept coming back for more. “Walk off” good!

KING RANCH SOUP The Texas winter freeze is upon us and this one of my go-to cold weather meals. Stay safe, stay warm, and give this recipe a try! Ingredients -2T oil -1C chopped yellow onion -1C chopped multicolored bell peppers -2T Meat Church Chili Seasoning -1C fire roasted Rotel -1 can cream of poblano -1 can chicken queso blanco (sub cream of chicken) -6C chicken stock/broth -4C shredded, cooked chicken -2oz cream cheese -Blanco to taste -Masa as needed to thicken -Cotija cheese, sliced jalapeños, and tortilla chip strips for garnish Instructions -Add oil to your skillet and heat -Add onion, bell peppers, and Meat Church Chili Seasoning, stirring occasionally -Add rotel, cream of poblano, chicken queso blanco, and chicken stock -Mix and bring to a simmer -Add in chicken, cream cheese, and masa. Mix all ingredients -Simmer and long as you’d like -Optional: garnish with Cotija cheese, jalapeño, and tortilla chip strips #MeatChurch #TexasBBQ #Soup #TexasWinter

Announcing Garlic & Jalapeño BLANCO! If you like BLANCO, you're going to love Garlic Jalapeño BLANCO. I started working on this seasoning last Summer. I added jalapeño and increased the garlic in our OG BLANCO. It took a lot of tweaking, testing & cooking to get it where it is today which I think you’ll find is perfect. It’s not “hot” but rather loaded with amazing flavor. Garlic Jalapeño BLANCO is incredibly versatile. My favorite application is poultry. However, I also love it on steaks, in burgers, on fries, on eggs & hash browns, in ranch dressing & guacamole, on shrimp, venison and vegetables. Garlic Jalapeño BLANCO is available now at MeatChurch.com (link in bio) and at retail outlets. If you can’t find it at your local retail outlet yet, tell them Matt said to get off their butts and to order. I turned a cheap pork butt into the best BBQ ribs. 🔥🐷🔥 • Sliced the pork butt into 1x1” strips • Slathered in yellow mustard & seasoned with @meatchurch Hickory • Smoked st 300° in the brand new @traegergrills Westwood (new inexpensive grill with rad features) • Placed ribs in a pan when they hit 165°(90 mins) with BBQ sauce, 1/2 C pineapple juice & a diced habanero covered until they were tender (45 mins) • Removed the ribs, placed on a wire rack and glazed with 2:1 Meat Church Holy Cola to @brushfirefarms Pepper Jam for 10 mins Easy.Cheap.Delicious.
Jalapeño Chicken Thigh Sandwich is now my number one chicken sandwich. Easy to make and everyone in the house loved it! I saw my pal Matt Pittman, founder of Meat Church, make this sandwich recently and then when Meat Church launched the Garlic & Jalapeño Blanco seasoning I had to try it all together. WINNER! Details below -3lbs Chicken Thighs, boneless/skinless. Could use less chicken, depending on how many sandwiches and leftovers you want -28oz Pickled Jalapeños with carrots and onions -Pepper Jack Cheese -Brioche Buns, buttered and toasted -Meat Church Garlic & Jalapeño Blanco seasoning -Mayo, we use Dukes **Place all chicken in zip lock or container with lid. Pour in Pickled Jalapeños with all contents. **Thoroughly mix together, make sure chicken is covered. Marinate in fridge over night. We did 24 hours **Place chicken on prep platter and season with Garlic Jalapeño Blanco **Crack a beer and go start your fire **We cooked on Hasty Bake charcoal grill for about 24 minutes turning often until Chicken at reached about 175 **Note we closed lid for about 5 minutes then cooked open lid style with good fire to give chicken great color **Cover thighs with cheese of your choice, Pepper Jack was perfect! **Toast the buns, add some mayo, you have a great chicken sandwich **It is not spicy, just great flavor **Feel free to add lettuce, tomato, pickle, etc…..but it just right as is. **My son added homemade ranch dressing instead of Mayo, that is great too! #chickensandwich #meatchurch #3piecesofpecan #bbqchicken #fyp
