🚨Spoiler alert: Women are not just “small men.” If we were, I guess we’d all be crushing protein shakes, skipping meals, and feeling amazing on 5 hours of sleep and vibes alone? 😅

Except instead, millions of moms are out here exhausted, hormonally all over the place, and wondering why the hell their bodies feel so different after kids.

just a few things that have kept me going during my second trimester with my 3rd baby ☁️

1. a GOOD pre-sleep routine. #1 for this is a quality magnesium blend before I rest my head at night.
