COTTAGE CHEESE ALFREDO is the easiest most delicious way to pack in 17 grams of protein in 1/2 CUP OF SAUCE! 

Here’s how to make it!👇🏻

1 ½ cups 2% cottage cheese, 330g
1 cup Fairlife 2% milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 tsp. arrowroot powder
1 tsp. kosher salt (more to taste!)
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper (more to taste!) 
Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish, optional
 
Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds or until creamy. Add the smooth sauce to a sauce pan and heat over medium-low to medium heat until just warmed through and everything is smooth and creamy, about 5 minutes. Stir or whisk the sauce frequently during the time it’s heating up.

Don’t over-heat or heat at too high of a heat or you risk the sauce separating. The sauce will start thin and thicken as it warms up and then continue to thicken as it cools down again.

Serve over your pasta of choice. Season with additional salt and pepper as desired!!

For 1/2 CUP OF SAUCE: 
• 137 calories 
• 17g protein 
• 4g carbs 
• 7g fat 

MAKES APPROX 2.5 cups of sauce. 

I like pairing with higher protein noodles, crispy chicken and steamed broccoli for one heck of an 👏🏻 amazing protein packed meal.

Tis the season for pumpkin pie! 

These PUMPKIN PIE OVERNIGHT OATS taste like creamy pumpkin pie filling for breakfast but with 30 grams of protein. 

• 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 
• 1 scoop @pescience gourmet vanilla protein powder 
• 1/4 cup pumpkin puree 
• 1/2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice (3/4 if you like it super spiced!) 
• 1/2 cup old fashioned oats 

Combine the milk and protein powder first to get in fully mixed then add in the remaining ingredients. Let it sit overnight and enjoy in the morning. 

324 cals: 30 P / 8 F / 35 C / 5g fiber 

Tips: 
• use 1/4 cup oats and add 1-1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds for added fiber and lower carb 
• any kind of milk works - even water!
• I’m using a whey casein blend protein powder which gets nice and thick 🤌🏻

• 1 cup 0% nonfat Greek yogurt @fage (can use 5% too!) 
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder @pescience 
• option honey if you need sweetened 

Mix and taste to decide if you want sweeter depending on your protein and spread on parchment paper!

• top with one serving of @kindlingsnacks churro protein pretzels (full or broken you do you!) 

Place in the freezer until hard! 

• 1/2 cup chocolate chips 
• 1/2-1 tbsp coconut oil 

Add to a bowl and microwave until melted and pour on-top of the yogurt and pretzels. Add sprinkles or whatever toppings you want and pop back in the freezer until hard. 

Thaw for a minute and break it up when you’re ready to enjoy!! 

If you break into ~ 6 pieces it’s roughly 175 calories and 11 grams of protein.  Will depend on ingredients used!

I curl my lashes, add a coat of primer and 2 coats mascara. ✨

I do not use any serums. Many moons ago (2020) I was using a lash serum which made my eye color change to a Simpsons toxic waste green and the whites of my eyes were ALWAYS red. Thankfully after years of not using lash serum they’ve gone back to normal 😵‍💫.

A lot of you were shocked to hear how bloggers and creators make an income when I talked about this in my stories and why we say comment ‘recipe’ and we’ll send you the link. 🔗 

While I understand ads on websites can SUCK 🤢, I think it’s important we all understand why they’re there and that without them we wouldn’t be paid for our time to create FREE content for the internet. 🫶🏻

One recipe post requires a lot of time and resources …. 
• coming up with an idea
• ingredients to test multiple multiple times to get it perfect 
• photography 
• creating the post and adding all the helpful details, tips and tricks, substitutions, process details and printable recipe card 
• entering into tracking apps like @myfitnesspal and @macrosfirst 
• scheduling posts for social media platforms and emails 

✨ this doesn’t include the endless fees it takes to run the website and the business which continue to go up each year just like groceries 🤪 

This is my full time job and I wouldn’t be able to keep posting free content on the internet without some kind of income generated from it. 

I APPRECIATE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU MORE THAN YOU KNOW. ❤️❤️
