We finally tried the celebrity-backed hotspot that opened in Scottsdale a couple months ago and overall… we’re fans. I ordered the lobster pasta (10/10, would get again), and Jonah, who is very picky about his steak, approved of his ribeye, which says a lot. The ambiance is cute and elevated but still fun, service was solid, and their mocktails were actually so good (which we love for a date night without the drinks). ✨ Still glowing from my night at the Water Lantern Festival 🌊💫 It happened this past weekend, and it was honestly such a beautiful and peaceful experience. From live music and local vendors to creating your own lantern covered in affirmations, quotes, or drawings, it was such a unique way to slow down and reflect. Finally made my way back to @georgeandgather in Chandler and I get the hype! Seed oil-free, clean ingredients, and somehow everything still had flavor! Let me tell you everything I loved there! The whipped feta + bread? 10/10. Jonah’s salmon was cooked perfectly (and he’s picky about salmon). My chicken harvest bowl was fresh, filling, and didn’t leave me feeling heavy! We had a concert to go to afterwards and it was the perfect amount of food! Mocktails were SO good and the cocktails were solid too. Only complaint? Okay but why did I go to puppy yoga in Old Town Scottsdale and almost left with a mini toy goldendoodle and a new personality trait? 😩 Jonah and I tried this new puppy yoga spot called @puppiesyogascottsdale that just opened in Scottsdale and I’m not exaggerating when I say I was ready to be a cat AND dog mom in the same 24 hours. The puppies rotate every class (which is actually dangerous because now I’m going to convince myself I need to “just see” the next batch), and the little mini toy goldendoodle I held??? That’s my dream dog. Like spiritually. LOL You start with a little wellness shot, do your yoga flow while puppies casually climb on you and distract you from your core engagement, and then after class it’s straight cuddles and playtime. It’s giving serotonin. It’s giving dopamine. It’s giving “maybe I am responsible enough for a dog?” (I am not. What I got was a room full of people singing at the top of their lungs, dancing with strangers, and having way more fun than anyone was pretending not to have! 😂 Off The Record is Arizona’s first group sing-along bar, and the coolest part is that the crowd is the experience. The bar is the stage, everyone becomes part of the show, and every night has a different music theme and vibe. The energy was great. Even the staff was singing, dancing, and getting in on the fun. It felt less like going to a bar and more like ending up at a giant house party where everyone somehow knows the words to every song! If you’re looking for a fun girls’ night, birthday spot, date night, or just something different to do this weekend, I’d definitely add this one to your list.
