Snickerdoodle Protein Truffle Recipe🌟 1 1/4 cup almond flour 2 tablespoons melted butter 1/4 cup @nugonutrition vanilla protein powder 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (plus 1/2 teaspoon more for dusting) 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/4 teaspoon baking soda pinch of pink salt (or sea salt) 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 2 tablespoons organic sugar (for dusting, and rolling) add dry ingredients (almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon) to a large mixing bowl. stir to combine. add wet ingredients (melted butter, maple syrup and vanilla). stir until a dough is formed. scoop about 2 tablespoons of truffle mixture at a time and roll into balls. place on a parchment lined large plate or baking sheet. place balls in freezer. melt white chocolate chips in the same microwaveable bowl that you used to melt the butter, for 30 seconds. stir until smooth. remove from the freezer and top the truffles with the melted white chocolate. use a spoon to do this, letting it drip down the sides. mix 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a small bowl. using a sieve, dust the top of the truffles with the cinnamon sugar. you can also use your hands to sprinkle, if you prefer! finally, once the white chocolate has set, remove the truffles from the parchment lined plate and roll the bottoms in the remaining cinnamon sugar. enjoy!! store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. #momprenuer #momlifebelike #protein #proteintreats #glutenfreefood #glutenfreerecipes #holidayfood #healthysnacking #snickerdoodle #truffle #christmasbaking

Protein Donuts 🍩 Please Swipe ▶️ I love baking healthy desserts for the weekend to enjoy guilt free and good for your body. Make simple recipes, do not complicate things just add an egg some yogurt, @nugonutrition chocolate protein almond flour and melted chocolate when done and @nugonutrition bar crumbled on top. This was delicious, quick and easy. #recipe The recipe for the donuts.. 1 egg 2 tablespoons coconut oil 1/2 cup yogurt 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 1 cup almond flour 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon baking powder Mix wet ingredients then add dry ingredients, combine well. Let sit for 5 minutes. Bake at 360 for 12 minutes. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil, dip the donuts into melted chocolate.
