So schnell hab ich noch nie Dumplings gemacht…😋 Dank meiner @hexclad_europe Pfanne wurden sie auch richtig schön golden und crispy von unten, DENN die spezielle Technologie fusioniert die positiven Eigenschaften von Edestahl-, Gusseisen- und beschichteten Pfannen. 😎 Also schaut bei @hexclad_europe vorbei, um wie ein Profi zu kochen!🫶 REZEPT (2 Portionen, 20 Min Zubereitungszeit): Füllung: -200g Naturtofu -1 Frühlingszwiebel, fein geschnitten -1 Möhre geraspelt -2 El Mehl oder Stärke -eine Prise Salz -1 El Sojasauce Alles gut verkneten und daraus 12 Bällchen formen. Öl in deiner @hexclad_europe Pfanne erhitzen und die Bällchen goldbraun braten. Sonstiges: -12 Dumpling Wrapper -60ml Wasser Die Wrapper auf die Bällchen drücken und das Wasser dazugeben. Caramelized Onion Soup (🇩🇪/🇬🇧) *anzeige* Big shoutout to @hexclad_europe for their HexClad Hybrid Wok. It has the perfect size and I use it for so many recipes, whether it’s a soup or fried rice. I highly recommend it. Enjoy my new soup recipe. Yours, Kevin 🇩🇪 Das brauchst du 4 große weiße Zwiebeln 3 Knoblauchzehen, fein gehackt 800 ml Gemüsebrühe 600 g Kartoffeln, 1-cm-Würfel 200 g Frischkäse (v) Etwas Öl Salz, Pfeffer 1 EL Thymian 1 EL Senf Petersilie, fein gehackt Chiliflocken Brot zum Dippen So machst du es 1. Zwiebeln in Halbringe schneiden und in etwas Öl mit einer Prise Salz 15–20 Minuten karamellisieren. 2. Knoblauch, Thymian, Pfeffer und Senf einrühren und kurz mitbraten. 3. Frischkäse einrühren, bis er vollständig schmilzt. 4. Mit Gemüsebrühe aufgießen und aufkochen lassen. 5. Kartoffelwürfel zugeben und 15 Minuten weich köcheln. 6. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. 7. Yours, Kevin 🙋🏻‍♂️ 🇬🇧 Ingredients Omelette • 180 g tofu • 120 ml soy milk, unsweetened • 2 tbsp olive oil • 5 tbsp cornstarch • ½ tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, salt, turmeric, paprika • 1 tsp baking powder • butter (v) for frying Patties • 240 g kidney beans • 60 g rolled oats • 1 white onion • 25 g flour • 1 garlic clove • 1 handful parsley, chopped • salt, pepper • 1 tsp cumin • 1 tbsp each soy sauce, mustard, smoked paprika powder, tomato paste, maple syrup Buns & Extras • 2 English muffins • lettuce leaves • 2 tbsp mayo (v) • 1 large tomato slice • cheese slices (v) Instructions 1. Blend omelette ingredients (except butter) until smooth. Fry with butter 4–5 min covered, flip and cook 2–3 min. Cut round with a glass. 2. Mash patty ingredients, rest 5–10 min, shape. GUYS… I’m BACK with a bank holiday BBQ banger. [ad] If you’re hosting anytime soon, STOP SCROLLING because this combo will blow your guests away. It’s juicy, spicy, smoky and honestly… once you make a BBQ like this, there’s no going back…even Ryan approved and he’s the king of BBQ’s / aka al fresco food snob. We demolished the lot in record time. Every bite was 10/10. Flavours on flavours on flavours. So here’s what you’ll need: 🌽 Spicy corn ribs (warning: chaos in the kitchen but SO worth it) - Sweetcorn - Olive Oil - Cajun Seasoning - Smoked Paprika - Salt - Pepper Chop your sweetcorn into rib style pieces and mix all this goodness together and pop your corn ribs onto the bbq to get that gorgeous char! 🍗 Marinated chicken thighs & skewered breasts (the dream duo, way to a man’s heart, am I right?) - Chicken breasts - Chicken Thighs - Parsley - Garlic - Unsalted Butter - Lemon Juice - Cayenne Pepper - Cajun Pepper - Olive Oil - Salt - Pepper ⁠ Marinate your chicken in cayenne pepper, cajun spice, salt, pepper and olive oil and give it a good old mix. Whilst your chicken is sitting in its marinade, pop some butter, parsley, garlic and lemon juice into a pan and heat it up. GUYS… I’m BACK with a bank holiday BBQ banger. [ad] If you’re hosting anytime soon, STOP SCROLLING because this combo will blow your guests away. It’s juicy, spicy, smoky and honestly… once you make a BBQ like this, there’s no going back…even Ryan approved and he’s the king of BBQ’s / aka al fresco food snob. We demolished the lot in record time. Every bite was 10/10. Flavours on flavours on flavours. So here’s what you’ll need: 🌽 Spicy corn ribs (warning: chaos in the kitchen but SO worth it) - Sweetcorn - Olive Oil - Cajun Seasoning - Smoked Paprika - Salt - Pepper Chop your sweetcorn into rib style pieces and mix all this goodness together and pop your corn ribs onto the bbq to get that gorgeous char! 🍗 Marinated chicken thighs & skewered breasts (the dream duo, way to a man’s heart, am I right?) - Chicken breasts - Chicken Thighs - Parsley - Garlic - Unsalted Butter - Lemon Juice - Cayenne Pepper - Cajun Pepper - Olive Oil - Salt - Pepper ⁠ Marinate your chicken in cayenne pepper, cajun spice, salt, pepper and olive oil and give it a good old mix. Whilst your chicken is sitting in its marinade, pop some butter, parsley, garlic and lemon juice into a pan and heat it up. This is the BEST one pan recipe you will cook this month. 🥘🌯🧄🥑 it’s like a burrito in a pan. [ad] Introducing : MY BEEF SKILLET. The flavours and combos will have your mouth doing a happy dance - It’s fresh, it’s tasty, it’s healthy and it only took me minutes to make. What I love most is that it’s a one pan wonder, meaning minimal washing up, but maximum flavour. What more could you ask for in the middle of muddling your way through a chaotic weekend whilst looking after a busy family, friends and pets and trying to meet everyone’s needs. I normally cook it up on a Saturday around lunch time because you can dip in and out of it all day with guac and chips, and it serves as a bit of meal prep for the week ahead. Also a great option if you’re hosting friends and want something crowd-pleasing without the faff. I used my @hexcladEurope knives which I have to say are pretty game changing when it comes to prep work. They cut through tough veggies like butter. So here’s what you need… 🫑 Ingredients List:  1 tbsp olive oil 1 small yellow onion, diced 1 bell pepper, deseeded and diced 1 lb lean ground beef 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 pkt taco seasoning of choice 1 cup rice 3 1/2 cups chicken or beef broth 1 cup black beans 1 cup corn 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Favorite garnishes, such as avocado and cilantro 🌮 Recipe: - chop peppers onions garlic - ⁠fry onions and peppers in oil - ⁠add taco seasoning - ⁠add beef - ⁠add beef stock - ⁠add rice - ⁠add black beans - ⁠add sweet corn - ⁠leave for 20 mins or until rice is cooked - ⁠grate cheese on top and leave to melt - ⁠Then comes the garnish: avo, coriander, lime, salt & pepper – it really takes it to the next level. - ⁠I served mine with some spicy tortilla crisps and homemade guac and honestly… chef’s kiss.
