Perfectly crispy patties thanks to the @hexclad_europe Hybrid Pan - ultra nonstick, yet you can use metal tools without worry. We seasoned everything with the beautiful Hexmills, our daily go-to for salt & pepper.

📝 Recipe (serves 4):

Oven Potatoes:
600 g sweet potatoes
Paprika powder, salt, oil

Patties:
170 g cooked chickpeas
150 g oats
½ onion
1 tbsp mustard
handful parsley
1 tbsp veggie broth powder

Breading:
	1.	4 tbsp flour
	2.	200 ml plant cream, 2 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp tomato paste
	3.	crushed cornflakes

DIY Gochujang Paste:
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp miso paste (or 1 tsp soy sauce + ½ tsp sugar)
1 garlic clove (pressed)
½ tsp grated ginger
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil

Slaw Dressing:
3 tbsp mayo (v)
1 tsp gochujang paste
1 tsp rice vinegar

Korean Slaw:
1 handful white cabbage
2 spring onions
1 handful carrot

To build:
4 toasted burger buns
Pickles
Sesame

Preparation:
	1.	Carve the sweet potatoes deeply, roast them with toppings (200 °C / 390 °F, 50 min)
	2.	Mix with patty ingredients, shape, bread, fry
	3.	Mix slaw dressing, toss with cabbage, onions, carrots
	4.	Layer: bun, mayo, slaw, patty, glaze, pickles, top bun

Lamb Shanks and Mash with Mint & Port Gravy – Pub Grub, Episode 22

In this series, I’ll be showing you how to cook Delicious British Pub Food!

Fall-off-the-bone lamb shanks, slow-braised in a rich mint and port gravy, served with smooth, buttery mash. Proper pub classic with a Sunday roast feel that came together effortlessly with my @hexclad_europe hybrid cookware. No sticking, easy clean-up, and their pans go straight from stove to oven. Pro-level cooking made simple. 

Ingredients (Serves 4):

For the lamb shanks:
4 lamb shanks
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
3 carrots, roughly chopped
3 celery stalks, roughly chopped
1 large onion, roughly chopped
5 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
3 tbsp tomato purée
250ml port
500ml beef stock
2 tbsp mint jelly
Bouquet garni (mint, bay, rosemary, thyme)
Cornflour slurry (cornflour mixed with cold water)

For the mash:
2kg Maris Piper potatoes
1 block of butter (250g)
Salt to taste

Season your lamb shanks with salt and pepper and sear them in hot olive oil until browned all over. Take them out, then straight into the same pan with your chopped carrots, celery, onion. Let them soften, then stir in the garlic and tomato purée, cook it out for a minute. Pour in the port, let it reduce slightly, then add the mint jelly, beef stock and bouquet garni. Give it a stir, then pop the lamb shanks back in. Lid on, then into the oven at 160ºC for around 3 hours until the meat’s tender and pulling away from the bone.
Bake the potatoes whole until crisp-skinned and fluffy inside around 1.5 hours (if you have two oven compartments then you can speed this up by cooking them at 220C for 50 mins). Scoop out the middles, rice them, then stir through a full block of melted butter until smooth and silky. Season with salt to taste.
Once the lamb’s done, lift it out and cover with foil. Strain the sauce, reduce it until rich, then stir in a bit of cornflour slurry to thicken slightly.
Plate up with a generous spoon of mash, the lamb on top, and that glossy mint and port gravy poured over the lot.
Enjoy.

AD Back-to-school nights call for easy, nourishing dinners! This salmon pasta comes together in one pan with my @hexclad_europe cookware: minimal effort, maximum flavour!😋

It’s ready in under 30 minutes, family-friendly, and the perfect way to get everyone fed after a busy school day!🙌🏻

Ingredients
	•	2 skinless salmon fillets
	•	1 block feta cheese
	•	400g cherry tomatoes
	•	300g pasta of choice
	•	Extra virgin olive oil
	•	Black pepper

Method
	1.	Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
	2.	In a large ovenproof pan, add the salmon, feta, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and season with black pepper.
	3.	Bake for 20 minutes.
	4.	Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water.
	5.	Remove the pan from the oven and mash everything together with a fork.
	6.	Add the drained pasta, toss well, and serve. Buon appetito! 😋

With Oktoberfest in full swing, what better time to whip up these iconic German potato pancakes. Usually, you’ll need a ridiculous amount of oil for these, but with the @hexclad_europe pan, a light drizzle does the job!

Nowadays, Kartoffelpuffer are usually made with egg, but they likely originated during food shortages, when even eggs were too expensive. The natural starches of the potato do all the heavy lifting of binding the mixture together!

🌮 TRUST ME, YOU’LL BE EVERYONE’S BEST FRIEND WHEN YOU MAKE THESE PULLED CHICKEN TACOS. 🌮 [ad]

Guys, this recipe is to DIE for. It’s perfect for a date night, family night, dinner party, or if you just fancy a cheeky midweek treat. It’s packed with flavour and the perfect mix of goodness…a nice protein hit, but with a hint of naughtiness too. Give it a save and make sure you try it this month!! (You can also use gluten-free tortillas as an alternative). 

I cooked this recipe using all @Hexclad_Europe products, which have majorly impressed and are now a staple part of my kitchen. The Pan is my personal fav for this recipe as you can fit 3 tortillas in which is unheard of in most pans! 

If you need some food inspo, you HAVE to try this recipe. Here’s how I did it 👇🏻

Get your ingredients: 

🍖 Protein:

Boneless chicken thighs,

🥑 Fruit and veg:

Tomatoes
Avocado
Lemon
Lime
Peppers
Chopped tomatoes

🪴 Herbs and Spices:

Cinnamon
Coriander
Red onion
Parsley

🧂 Seasoning:

Tomato paste
Chilli Powder and/or chilli flakes
Paprika
Mixed Herbs
Garlic Powder
Chicken seasoning
Any flipping seasoning
BBQ sauce

🌮 To build:

Mini Tortillas
Cheese

🥒 Salsa:

Cucumber
Tomato
Red onion
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper

🔪 To do:

1. Marinate your chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, mixed herbs and cinnamon (yep, bit of a wildcard), and a load of other goodies to really pack in that flavour. Oh, and don’t forget a cheeky splash of oil to bring it all together and give it a good marinading cause no one likes unseasoned chicken!

2. Pop that aside and begin to chop up your peppers and onions, then throw them into your marinated chicken and give it a good old mix.

3. Fry your chicken with a splash of oil in the pan. Add some oil to the pan, to brown off the chicken I added a teeny bit of sugar to my chicken and let them simmer for 10 mins. 
In the meantime, grate some cheese of your choice, I used Arla lactose free cheddar cheese.

Base
2 wraps

Bean Mixture
1 white onion
800 g kidney beans
50 g fine oat flakes
30 ml soy sauce
20 ml maple syrup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp vegetable stock powder

Tzatziki
250 g yogurt (v)
150 g cream cheese (v)
¼ cucumber, grated
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 bunch dill, chopped
Pinch of salt & pepper

To top
Red onion

Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients for the bean mixture
2. Spread mixture on wraps and fry in a large pan until crispy
3. Mix all ingredients for the tzatziki

🇩🇪 Das brauchst du
4 große weiße Zwiebeln
3 Knoblauchzehen, fein gehackt
800 ml Gemüsebrühe
600 g Kartoffeln, 1-cm-Würfel
200 g Frischkäse (v)
Etwas Öl
Salz, Pfeffer
1 EL Thymian
1 EL Senf
Petersilie, fein gehackt
Chiliflocken
Brot zum Dippen

So machst du es
	1.	Zwiebeln in Halbringe schneiden und in etwas Öl mit einer Prise Salz 15–20 Minuten karamellisieren.
	2.	Knoblauch, Thymian, Pfeffer und Senf einrühren und kurz mitbraten.
	3.	Frischkäse einrühren, bis er vollständig schmilzt.
	4.	Mit Gemüsebrühe aufgießen und aufkochen lassen.
	5.	Kartoffelwürfel zugeben und 15 Minuten weich köcheln.
	6.	Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
	7.	Mit Petersilie und Chiliflocken toppen. Brot separat rösten und servieren.

2-3 Eier, verquirlt
1 Bagel
Salz
2 EL Hüttenkäse
0,5 Avocado, feine Streifen
2 Scheiben Tomate
1 Prise Schwarzkümmel
1 Prise Salz & Pfeffer

Erhitze die Pfanne auf mittlere Hitze, gib Öl hinein und verteile das Ei darin.
Leg nun die Bagelhälften zunächst mit der Oberseite hinein und dann mit der Schnittfläche auf das Ei.
Drehe die Hitze etwas herunter und lass das Ei stocken.
Wende alles, belege den Bagel und verteile deine Toppings.
Klappe den Bagel zusammen und erhöhe die Hitze.
Brate ihn von beiden Seiten kurz goldbraun an.

👩🏻‍🍳 Zubereitung
1️⃣ Fleisch in ca. 3–4 cm Würfel schneiden, salzen & pfeffern.
2️⃣ In einem großen Topf Öl erhitzen, Fleisch portionsweise scharf anbraten → rausnehmen.
3️⃣ Nun den Speck knusprig braten.
4️⃣ 2 Butter in den Topf geben, Zwiebeln, Karotten, Sellerie & Knoblauch anschwitzen.
5️⃣ Fleisch zurück, mit Mehl bestäuben, kurz mitrösten.

Hey Foodies,
diese cremig-frische Sommerpasta mit Garnelen und Zitronensauce ist das perfekte Soulfood für warme Tage!
Ich habe sie in meiner neuen Lieblingspfanne von @hexclad_europe zubereitet – mit lebenslanger Garantie, Antihaftbeschichtung & spülmaschinenfest erfüllt sie alle Eigenschaften die mir wichtig sind 😍.

Zutaten für 3–4 Portionen:
🍝 350 g Pasta nach Wahl
🧄 4 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt
🧈 70 g Butter
🧂 5 EL Olivenöl
🍞 40 g Panko-Semmelbrösel
🍋 1–2 Bio-Zitronen
🌶️ ½ TL Chiliflocken
🧀 100 g frisch geriebener Parmesan
🧅 1 Frühlingszwiebel, in Ringe 
🦐 400 g Garnelen (geschält & entdarmt)
🧂 Salz & Pfeffer
💦 Etwas Pastawasser

Zubereitung:
1️⃣ Pasta nach Packungsanleitung al dente kochen, 2 Kellen Kochwasser aufheben.
2️⃣ In der Pfanne 2 EL Olivenöl erhitzen, Panko goldbraun rösten, mit 1EL Zitronenschale und Frühlingszwiebeln mischen & beiseitestellen.
3️⃣ 2EL Öl in der Pfanne erhitzen, Garnelen zugeben & 2–3 Minuten braten, salzen & aus der Pfanne nehmen. Beiseite stellen. 
4️⃣ 1EL Olivenöl nun in die Pfanne geben, fein gehackten Knoblauch & Chiliflocken darin anschwitzen. Dann mit 3EL Zitronensaft ablöschen.
5️⃣ Butter, Pastawasser, Parmesan, Salz und Pfeffer dazugeben & cremig rühren.
6️⃣ Pasta & Garnelen unterheben. Mit geröstetem Panko toppen & servieren!

So these are the BEST fish tacos you’ll ever see outside of Mexico. Light, fresh, and FULL of flavour.  Perfect for a sunny weekend spread or a midweek “I deserve this” dinner.

This recipe was made even easier with the @Hexclad_Europe hybrid pan - it’s an absolute staple in my kitchen. It gets that crispy fish finish every time without sticking. AND it’s BIG.

So pop to the shops and grab your 👇🏼 

Ingredients:

1lb cod
Mini tortillas
Avocado
Cabbage
Lime
Red onion
Garlic
Mango
Tomatoes
Coriander
Avocado oil (or substitute for your fave)
Dairy Free Yogurt

Seasonings:

Paprika
Garlic & Onion granules
Oregano
Salt & pepper

Recipe: 

1.⁠ ⁠Start with the salsa: finely chop red onion, mango, tomato, and coriander. Squeeze over some lime and mix it all up. Fresh and zingy!
2.⁠ ⁠For the guac: mash your avocados with lime juice, a bit of red onion, salt, and pepper. Keep it chunky or smooth — your call.
3.⁠ ⁠Shred the cabbage and get your spicy, dairy-free dressing ready to drizzle.
4.⁠ ⁠Season the cod with paprika, garlic granules, onion granules, oregano, salt, and pepper. Fry in a hot pan (I used my @Hexclad_Europe one) until golden and crispy.
5.⁠ ⁠Toast your mini tortillas in a dry pan or directly over the flame for that perfect char.
6.⁠ ⁠Time to build: tortilla → guac → cabbage → fish → salsa → drizzle of dressing.

This recipe was made even easier with the @Hexclad_Europe hybrid pan - it’s an absolute staple in my kitchen. It gets that crispy fish finish every time without sticking. AND it’s BIG. So pop to the shops and grab your 👇🏼 Ingredients: 1lb cod Mini tortillas Avocado Cabbage Lime Red onion Garlic Mango Tomatoes Coriander Avocado oil (or substitute for your fave) Dairy Free Yogurt Seasonings: Paprika Garlic & Onion granules Oregano Salt & pepper Recipe: 1.⁠ ⁠Start with the salsa: finely chop red onion, mango, tomato, and coriander. Squeeze over some lime and mix it all up. Fresh and zingy! 2.⁠ ⁠For the guac: mash your avocados with lime juice, a bit of red onion, salt, and pepper. Keep it chunky or smooth — your call. 3.⁠ ⁠Shred the cabbage and get your spicy, dairy-free dressing ready to drizzle. 4.⁠ ⁠Season the cod with paprika, garlic granules, onion granules, oregano, salt, and pepper. Fry in a hot pan (I used my @Hexclad_Europe one) until golden and crispy. 5.⁠ ⁠Toast your mini tortillas in a dry pan or directly over the flame for that perfect char. 6.⁠ ⁠Time to build: tortilla → guac → cabbage → fish → salsa → drizzle of dressing.
