Crockpot French onion meatballs = the easiest cozy dinner win 🤎 Recipe: • 2 bags @simeks meatballs . 1 onion • 1 packet French onion soup mix • 2 cans of French onion soup • 1-2 cup water (just to fill over meatballs) • Swiss or Gruyère cheese on top Cook on low 5-6 hours/ high 3-4 hours, top with cheese, and serve over mashed potatoes, noodles, or toasted bread #crockpotmeals #frenchonion #weeknightmeals #easyrecipes #easydinnerideas

VODKA SAUCE MEATBALLS Vodka sauce meatballs - the easiest protein-packed appetizer that still feels fancy!!! ✨ Using @simeks Original Meatballs keeps it simple, but the vodka sauce makes it feel special. Perfect for holiday hosting when you are looking to add some protein + substance to your spread! 👏🏼 INGREDIENTS * 1 (22 oz) bag Simek’s Original Meatballs * 2 tbsp olive oil * 2 tbsp butter * 1 shallot, finely diced * 3–4 garlic cloves, minced * 1 tsp salt * 1 tsp black pepper * 1 tsp dried oregano * 4 oz tomato paste * 1–2 tbsp Calabrian chilis (adjust to taste) * 1/4 cup vodka * 3/4 cup heavy cream * 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese * Parmesan cheese & fresh basil to garnish DIRECTIONS 1. Prepare the meatballs according to the stovetop directions in a large skillet. Once they are cooked through, remove from the skillet & set aside, along with the remaining water 2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and butter. Once melted, add the shallot and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add the tomato paste and Calabrian chilis. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the paste deepens in color and begins to caramelize. 4. Carefully pour in the vodka and simmer for 1–2 minutes, allowing the alcohol to cook off. 5. Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream & parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce is thick, glossy, and well combined. 6. Return the meatballs to the skillet and gently toss to coat. 7. Garnish with parmesan cheese & fresh basil and enjoy!
