I get asked this more times than I’d like to admit… 

First off, you can’t “make” anyone do anything. 

Unfortunately, some women don’t want it bad enough for themselves and will never change their ways…

But many women simply don’t have enough support to make health & fitness a priority.

So @ hubbies & partners, what can YOU do to make her pursuit easier? 

Humble yourself. Ask better questions, get better answers, change will follow.

“EMOM” stands for “every minute on the minute”, in this workout, for 20 minutes. 

You do the exercise and reps given at the start of each minute, when you are done, you rest, until the start of the next minute. 

Min 1) 12 swings
Min 2) 5 split squats per side
Min 3) 5 snatches per side
Min 4) 5 lateral lunges per side 
Min 5) rest the whole minute 
*then you’d repeat these 4 more times for a total of 20 mins*

way better exercise selection and position for *most* people imo
Easier to get into, loads the hips and quads more naturally instead of your lower back, we also get a ton of core benefits without the strain on the back. 

Play with the placement of the bells, they can be a little farther out in front of you than I am demoing which will force you to lean forward and hinge more. I like a squatty hingy position, so the bells are closer to me. It’s a FEELING of control, solid range of motion, & strength individual to you and your anatomy. 

Am I saying you should NEVER do bent over rows? NO. Am I saying most people don’t do them right and hurt their lower backs? YES. 

Many exercise positions are challenging to get into while getting the benefits. That doesn’t mean you just don’t do the exercise, you find the best position/ variation / modification for YOU.

 I Coach thousands of people and the fitness levels vary drastically, gorilla rows seem to be a better option for a pull + core for *many* of my members.

Fitness isn’t a one size fits all and having a coach can help you find the right positions (exercise selection), volume, and intensity for you 🤍
