For a long time, I thought wellness had to be complicated.

More routines. More supplements. More things to keep up with.

But over time, I realized real health is about consistency. It’s about creating simple habits you can actually sustain.

About a year ago, my doctor, @darshanshahmd, introduced me to @im8health. I started using it every morning and genuinely noticed a difference… more stable energy, clearer focus, and a routine that finally felt foundational instead of overwhelming.

That’s why I’m excited to officially announce I’m joining IM8 as a Global Ambassador. I’m honored to be their first Global Ambassador from outside the world of sport. It’s incredible to join an equity-aligned roster of David Beckham, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Aryna Sabalenka, Ollie Bearman, and Inter Miami CF (with Lionel Messi).

I’ve always believed the best partnerships start with real trust and real experience. I really trust IM8 and what they’re building.

This partnership feels aligned because our mission is the same: helping people take better care of their mind, body, and longevity in a way that feels accessible and sustainable.

Excited for what we’re building together. @im8health 🙏

Dear Hayden.

I’ve been devastated and heartbroken since I heard the news. I’m in shock and have been processing for the past day on your legacy and our loss.

Just a few months ago, I had the privilege of sitting down with you on On Purpose. After the episode you told me it was truly healing. You said I was now like a big brother to you and that I helped you be brave.

But Hayden, you were the brave one. You were courageous, resilient, and so incredibly strong through so many difficult moments in your life. You should never have had to experience the things you did.

I hope you know how loved you are. How many people you helped. How your vulnerability moved others. Thank you for trusting me and my community with your truth, story and legacy. We will honor you always.

My heart and prayers are with you, your daughter, your family, friends and fans.

Rest in peace, Hayden 🩶

Most people think they know Emma Watson. They’ve seen her on screen, they’ve read the headlines, they’ve followed her journey from child star to global icon. But what if I told you that in this conversation, you’ll meet an Emma you’ve never seen before?

This wasn’t just an interview — this is Emma’s first podcast ever and first long form interview for over 5 years. And the fact that she chose to share that moment here, with all of us, is something I’m so grateful for.

As we spoke, what struck me wasn’t just her honesty or her depth — it was the warmth behind her words, the courage in her vulnerability, and the thoughtfulness in the way she sees the world. Emma doesn’t just talk about living in alignment with her values — she embodies it. She’s willing to pause, to step back, and to ask the bigger questions so many of us are afraid to face.

Listening back, I realized this wasn’t just an episode. It was an invitation. An invitation to see Emma not only as the world knows her, but as she knows herself — thoughtful, kind, and willing to share the parts of her journey that are usually kept private.

Spending time with Emma over these past weeks has felt like one of those rare gifts life hands you when you least expect it. What began as preparing for a conversation slowly unfolded into a friendship I now deeply treasure.

If you’ve ever admired Emma from afar, this is your chance to sit with her in a way the world rarely gets to. It’s not about celebrity — it’s about humanity. And I can promise you, once you start listening, you won’t want it to end.

With love and gratitude,
Jay

Sitting with @emiliekiser I was struck by her honesty. Not because she tried to make sense of what happened. Not because she offered easy answers. But because she was willing to share the reality of living with something that cannot be fixed. One thing she said stayed with me:

“You can feel joy and feel so much sadness at the exact same time.”

I think so many of us have experienced that in different ways. The ability to laugh while still hurting. To keep showing up while carrying something heavy. To love deeply and grieve deeply at the same time.

Thank you, Emilie, for your courage, your vulnerability, and your willingness to share your story.

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: For the first time, @emiliekiser shares her story publicly. ❤️ Comment ‘YES’ and I will send you our conversation right to your inbox

In this deeply personal conversation, Emilie opens up about the unimaginable loss of her son Trigg, the reality of grief, the weight of public scrutiny, and what it means to keep moving forward when your world has changed forever.

What struck me most was her honesty, her courage, and the immense love she carries for her son every single day.

This conversation isn’t about headlines or speculation. It’s about a mother sharing her truth, honoring her child, and hoping that by speaking openly, she can help other families and raise awareness about a tragedy that is often preventable.

Thank you, Emilie, for trusting us with your story and for speaking with such grace, vulnerability, and strength.
