We Think You’re Gonna Love This One, Boss Loaded Potato Soup 4 large Russet potatoes cleaned 4 tbsps butter 2 tbsps garlic 1/2 chopped yellow onion 1/2 cup Flour 3 cups Milk 4 cups chicken stock (divided in half) Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste 1/2 cup sour cream 16 oz velvetta cubbed 3-6 crumbled strips of bacon Optional*** Garnish with bacon and green onion Poke holes in the potatoes with a fork, microwave them for 12 to 15 minutes until tender. Halve the potatoes and cut into chunks to cool In a large pot, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add garlic and onion and cook until the onion is translucent Slowly whisk the flour into the pan and stir til slightly browned. Slowly whisk in the milk 1 cup at a time. Then add the 1/2 chicken stock. Bring to a light simmer and whisk in the salt, garlic powder and pepper. Let come to a light simmer and thicken stirring occasionally Add velvetta, bacon and the sour cream and stir til smooth Turn off heat, and fold in potatoes I garnish with green onion and a little bacon and my wife LOVES IT, good luck! Ps: I use half the chicken stock when I cook the soup and when I put it away for leftovers I add the additional 2cups to thin it out…. Posting my wife’s secret family recipes… don’t tell aunt Kim 🤫 Enchilada burritos 1lb ground beef 1/2 chopped onion Taco seasoning too taste 1 can Rotel 5 tortillas Colby Jack cheese (measure with your heart) 1 can cream of mushroom Preheat oven to 400* In a pan on medium heat brown ground beef, onion, and taco seasoning Use paper towel to drain excess grease Mix in one can of rotel stir often til thickened and turn off heat Add mixture to tortillas and top mix with cheese to liking Roll into burritos and place in a lightly greased 9x13 baking pan In a seperate bowl mix cream of mushroom and 1/3 of that can full of water Pour over burritos, top with additional cheese too liking Bake for 30-35 mins, then broil for 2-3 mins or til as golden brown as you like

My Kids Keep Asking Me To Make This… Now You Know Why PB & J Cake 1 box yellow cake mix 1 cup peanut butter 1 stick melted butter 1 1/4 cup milk 4 eggs 1 cup Jelly Topping 8oz whipped topping 1/4 cup each of jelly and Peanut butter Optional*** Chopped Peanuts Preheat oven to 350º In large mixing bowl add cake mix and peanut butter mixing until crumbly Mix in milk and eggs til completely incorporated, batter will be chunky Pour into lightly greased 9x13 cake pan and bake 30-40 mins or til toothpick comes out clean Let cool on counter for 15 mins Using a rounded kitchen utensil poke holes across the top of the cake In a microwave safe bowl add cup of jelly and microwave in 30 sec intervals til runny, pour evenly over the top of the cake Place cake in fridge for 2 hours to cool completely Once chilled spread on whipped topping and microwave remaining jelly and peanut butter to pour over (optional mix peanut butter with whip topping before spreading) Garnish with chopped peanuts if desired and serve Tastes Exactly like a Pb and J, the cake mixed with the peanut butter gives it a bread taste too. How about a recipe you can make and the kids might actually eat it.. Recipe ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Kinda Homemade Lasagna Makes 2 pans 16-32oz lasagna noodles 4 cups mozzarella 1 cup shredded Parmesan Dried parsley to garnish Meat sauce 2lbs ground beef or sausage 2 45oz containers spaghetti sauce 1/2 large yellow onion 2 tbsps olive oil 2 tbsps minced garlic 2 tbsps hot sauce 2 tbsps @bearandburtons W sauce 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 1 tbsp onion butter seasoning (or onion powder) Salt and pepper too taste Cheese Filling 32oz ricotta cheese 4 cups mozzarella 2 cups fresh grated Parmesan 2 eggs 1 tbsp Italian seasoning Salt and pepper to taste Boil noodles to directions for Al dente, once cooked add to cool water immediately to stop cooking and set aside In medium pan add olive oil and onion and cook til translucent, add beef cooking til browned. Draining some of excess grease Add garlic and cook til fragrant then add all additional ingredients, stir occasionally and let simmer on low for 10 mins. Preheat oven to 375* In a separate bowl mix together all cheese ingredients and set aside Grease the bottom of 2 casserole dishes and layer your lasagna starting with meat sauce, noodles, cheese mixture til you have 3 layers of noodles Top with a light layer of meat sauce then rest of Mozzarella and Parmesan Cover with lightly greased til foil and bake 35 mins. Uncover and bake an additional 10 mins Optional* broil for a couple mins to add color to cheese Let cool 10-15 mins and Top with parsley to garnish

Did You Know Your Instant Pot Makes One Of The Best Sandwiches Mississippi Subs 1-2 tbsp @baconupbacongrease 4-6lb Chuck Roast/beef cut 1 chopped onion 2 tbsps W sauce 2 tbsps minced garlic 1/4 cup pickled pepperonchinis 1 tbsp pepperonchini juice Sub rolls Mayo to toast buns White American or provolone cheese slices 2-3 cups beef broth 1 packet aus jus mix Salt pepper garlic seasoning to taste Instantpot Season chuck roast on both sides with salt pepper and garlic seasoning, sear on all sides and remove Toss in chopped onions, chopped garlic, Worcestershire sauce and beef broth deglazing the bottom of the pot Add aus jus packet and mix before placing beef back in and closing up Pressure cook 2 hours Remove meat and shred before putting back in pot with broth Slice open bread and build your sandwiches, I put mine under the broiler to toast it up and melt the cheese Crockpot Season chuck roast on both sides with salt pepper and garlic seasoning, sear on all sides and remove from pan In same pans cook onions til translucent and add chopped garlic, Worcestershire sauce, 2 aus jus packet and stir letting cook for a few seconds before adding beef broth to deglaze pan Place seared chuck roast in crockpot and pour broth mixture over the top, cover and cook onions low 6-8 hours Remove beef and shred before returning it to the broth Slice open bread and build your sandwiches, I put mine under the broiler to toast it up and melt the cheese #holmescooking

Did You Know Your Instant Pot Makes One Of The Best Sandwiches Mississippi Subs 1-2 tbsp @baconupbacongrease 4-6lb Chuck Roast/beef cut 1 chopped onion 2 tbsps W sauce 2 tbsps minced garlic 1/4 cup pickled pepperonchinis 1 tbsp pepperonchini juice Sub rolls Mayo to toast buns White American or provolone cheese slices 2-3 cups beef broth 1 packet aus jus mix Salt pepper garlic seasoning to taste Instantpot Season chuck roast on both sides with salt pepper and garlic seasoning, sear on all sides and remove Toss in chopped onions, chopped garlic, Worcestershire sauce and beef broth deglazing the bottom of the pot Add aus jus packet and mix before placing beef back in and closing up Pressure cook 2 hours Remove meat and shred before putting back in pot with broth Slice open bread and build your sandwiches, I put mine under the broiler to toast it up and melt the cheese Crockpot Season chuck roast on both sides with salt pepper and garlic seasoning, sear on all sides and remove from pan In same pans cook onions til translucent and add chopped garlic, Worcestershire sauce, 2 aus jus packet and stir letting cook for a few seconds before adding beef broth to deglaze pan Place seared chuck roast in crockpot and pour broth mixture over the top, cover and cook onions low 6-8 hours Remove beef and shred before returning it to the broth Slice open bread and build your sandwiches, I put mine under the broiler to toast it up and melt the cheese #holmescooking
