#ad I decided that just a dubai chocolate bar wouldn’t cut it, so why not add a brownie to the bottom. I used the HERSHEY’s brownie recipe and a dubai chocolate flair to the top. Ingredients: Brownie Base ¾ cup unsalted butter (170 g) 1 ½ cups granulated sugar (300 g) 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract (7.5 g) 3 large eggs (150 g, shelled) ⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (56 g) ¾ cup all-purpose flour (90 g) ⅜ teaspoon baking powder (1.5 g) ¼ teaspoon salt, scant (0.75 g) 1 HERSHEY’S Symphony Bar, chopped (150 g) Truffle Layer 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (170 g) ⅓ cup heavy cream (80 g) 1 cup kataifi (60–70 g), shredded filo 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (28 g) ⅓ cup pistachio cream (80–100 g) ⅛ teaspoon cardamom (0.25 g) ⅛ teaspoon salt (0.25 g) 1 HERSHEY’s Symphony Bar, for topping Recipe continued in the comments!
