GROUND BEEF ARAYES RECIPE ⬇️ 🙋‍♂️ First time making arayes, and I will definitely be making them again. They’re loaded with so much flavor and when the whole family loves dinner that’s an added bonus. I’m using my homemade mayo and tortillas for this…if you want those recipes so you don’t have to go searching for them, comment “MAYO” and I’ll send them right to you. Although this isn’t how they’re “traditionally” made, I made them in a way that worked for me…and since it’s my kitchen…I’m allowed to do that 😉 Give them a try…share this recipe…and let me know what you think! INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs @goodranchers ground beef 6 tortillas (or pitas) 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp cumin 2 tsp coriander 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp sea salt 6 cloves garlic 1/2 large sweet onion 1/4 cilantro 1/4 cup parsley CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE: 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup homemade mayo 6 cloves garlic 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp cumin 2 tsp vinegar 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 heaping tbsp parsley 1 heaping tbsp cilantro DIRECTIONS: 1.) Combine all spices and seasonings into a large bowl with your ground beef. Gently mix until combined. Set aside. 2.) Combine all sauce ingredients and mix together. Place into fridge. 3.) Fill tortillas or pitas with 1/6th of your meat mixture. Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat. Lay your arayes in the pan and cook until golden brown. Flip and repeat. Grab with tongs and brown the exposed meat edge as well. Set aside and repeat with remaking arayes. 4.) Serve immediately with garlic cream sauce. Season chicken with most of the Italian seasoning, reserving 1 teaspoon or Cajun seasoning 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes on the first side, flip, lower the heat, and cook another 4–5 minutes or until it reaches 165°F. Remove and set aside (keep whole). 3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, Hot Honey Marinara, heavy cream, and remaining seasoning. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer. 4. Add pasta and stir to coat. Simmer uncovered for 9–11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed. 5. Lower heat and stir in cream cheese until fully melted. Add parmesan and mix until smooth and creamy. 6. Nestle the whole chicken breasts back on top. Score the top side of each hot dog with a crosshatch pattern to give them that rattlesnake tail look. 2. Rub each one with mustard to help the seasoning stick. 3. Coat generously with your favorite BBQ rub or the seasoning mix above. 4. Place them in a smoker or oven at 300°F for 30 minutes. 5. Today we had the incredible honor of attending the Great American Agriculture Celebration at the White House, where hundreds of farmers and ranchers gathered to celebrate American agriculture and the people who make it all possible. From the beginning, we’ve believed that a better food system starts with knowing where your food comes from. That’s why our decision to source exclusively from American farmers and ranchers has guided every decision we’ve made. This event brought together farmers and ranchers representing regions and commodities from across the country, and being there with them was a reminder of just how much is at stake and how much we all share. We are grateful to be part of the conversation and to stand alongside the people who feed this nation. 🇺🇸🥩

For decades, majority foreign-owned processors have held outsized control over our beef supply, pushing ranchers down while driving prices up for American families. These corporations profit while the people who actually raise our cattle are undercut in the marketplace. Ranchers are the backbone of our food system. Their work, land, and livestock feed this country. When they are undercut, rural communities suffer and our food security weakens. Supporting our ranchers means supporting our food independence, our small towns, and the people who keep this country fed. It’s time to return control of our food to the hands of those who raise it here at home.

Slowly, I’m going to take away every reason you ever have to sit in a fast food line ordering subpar food, for exorbitant prices. 🤝 Share with a friend who needs to make these! Let’s get to it! INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs @goodranchers ground beef 1/2 cup onion, diced fine 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced fine 2 tsp dijon mustard 2/3 cup ketchup 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp brown sugar Salt and pepper to taste 8 sesame seed hamburger buns, optional 2 cups lettuce (shredded) 8 slices cheddar cheese 1/4 cup sliced dill pickles BIG MAC SAUCE: 1 cup mayonnaise — homemade recipe on profile 2 tbsp pickles, finely diced 1 tbsp onion, finely diced 1 tbsp ketchup 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp dill pickle juice DIRECTIONS: 1.) In a skillet brown ground beef, then add finely diced onions and pickles. Cook until they’re softened. 2.) Add Dijon mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Cover and bring to a simmer. 3.) Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning to taste. Make the Mac Sauce during this time by combining all ingredients and mixing together. 4.) Serve on buns with sauce, then meat, cheese, lettuce, sliced pickles, more sauce, then top bun. OPTIONAL: I usually prefer not to eat my sloppy joes with a bun.
