GROUND BEEF ARAYES RECIPE ⬇️

🙋‍♂️ First time making arayes, and I will definitely be making them again. They’re loaded with so much flavor and when the whole family loves dinner that’s an added bonus.

I’m using my homemade mayo and tortillas for this…if you want those recipes so you don’t have to go searching for them, comment “MAYO” and I’ll send them right to you.

Although this isn’t how they’re “traditionally” made, I made them in a way that worked for me…and since it’s my kitchen…I’m allowed to do that 😉

Give them a try…share this recipe…and let me know what you think!

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs @goodranchers ground beef
6 tortillas (or pitas)
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp sea salt
6 cloves garlic
1/2 large sweet onion
1/4 cilantro
1/4 cup parsley

CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup homemade mayo
6 cloves garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 heaping tbsp parsley
1 heaping tbsp cilantro

DIRECTIONS:
1.) Combine all spices and seasonings into a large bowl with your ground beef. Gently mix until combined. Set aside.

2.) Combine all sauce ingredients and mix together. Place into fridge.

3.) Fill tortillas or pitas with 1/6th of your meat mixture. Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat. Lay your arayes in the pan and cook until golden brown. Flip and repeat. Grab with tongs and brown the exposed meat edge as well. Set aside and repeat with remaking arayes.

4.) Serve immediately with garlic cream sauce. Save, share this video, and most of all enjoy!

CHICKEN FRIES RECIPE ⬇️

Faster than a “fast” “food” drive through…and made with quality ingredients a fast food slop house could never compete with.

If you’re in a rush and need a quick dinner before sports practice, bedtime, or just a quick lunch in a busy day, these are perfect for that.

TIPS: follow these directions for the following results:

CRUNCHY FRIES—(like a French fry) make your strips thinner…the size of a pencil. Bake until crispy golden brown.

JUICY FRIES—take them out as soon as they firm up and turn just slightly golden brown.

INGREDIENTS:
4 @goodranchers chicken breasts
2 whole eggs
2 tsp Italian seasoning (with some extra thyme)
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp salt
Cayenne pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS:
1.) Blend everything together until smooth.

2.) Place into piping bag and squeeze out into parchment paper.

3.) Place chicken fries into preheated oven at 375°F.

4.) Bake to desired doneness.

5.) Serve, dip, enjoy!

We understand why beef prices are a problem right now. Ground beef is averaging $6.89 a pound, up 57% since 2021, and that’s real pressure on American families.

But flooding the market with 300,000 metric tons of imported ground beef with no tariff for 90 days is not a solution for American ranchers. It’s a short-term price fix that puts more downward pressure on the cattle producers who are already struggling to stay viable. Trump has not said which countries this beef is coming from or who committed to the 25% price reduction he’s promising.

American cattle ranchers have been dealing with years of drought, high feed costs, and a shrinking herd. The answer to that is not more cheap imported beef with lower standards competing against them on shelves with no country of origin label required to tell you the difference.

We will continue to source 100% American. That is not changing

Today we had the incredible honor of attending the Great American Agriculture Celebration at the White House, where hundreds of farmers and ranchers gathered to celebrate American agriculture and the people who make it all possible.

From the beginning, we’ve believed that a better food system starts with knowing where your food comes from. That’s why our decision to source exclusively from American farmers and ranchers has guided every decision we’ve made.

This event brought together farmers and ranchers representing regions and commodities from across the country, and being there with them was a reminder of just how much is at stake and how much we all share. We are grateful to be part of the conversation and to stand alongside the people who feed this nation. 🇺🇸🥩

This weekend was heavy. Losing our friend has left us reflecting on his legacy and the way he believed in us when very few did.

We’re humbled to see how many people have found us through that story. It’s just another reminder of the kind of influence Charlie had.

To those of you who are new here: Welcome. Our mission remains the same— to support American farms and ranches, strengthen families, and deliver the best meat in America straight to your door. We love this country and we’re proud to serve it one table at a time.

Thank you, President Trump, for calling for an investigation into the meatpacking industry.

For decades, majority foreign-owned processors have held outsized control over our beef supply, pushing ranchers down while driving prices up for American families. These corporations profit while the people who actually raise our cattle are undercut in the marketplace.

Ranchers are the backbone of our food system. Their work, land, and livestock feed this country. When they are undercut, rural communities suffer and our food security weakens. Supporting our ranchers means supporting our food independence, our small towns, and the people who keep this country fed.

It’s time to return control of our food to the hands of those who raise it here at home.

🍔 BETTER THAN A BIG MAC—SLOPPY JOE RECIPE

My kids always jump for joy when I tell them I’m making these sloppy joes for dinner. And now YOUR KIDS CAN TOO!

Slowly, I’m going to take away every reason you ever have to sit in a fast food line ordering subpar food, for exorbitant prices.

🤝 Share with a friend who needs to make these!

Let’s get to it!

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs @goodranchers ground beef
1/2 cup onion, diced fine
1/2 cup dill pickles, diced fine
2 tsp dijon mustard
2/3 cup ketchup
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
8 sesame seed hamburger buns, optional
2 cups lettuce (shredded)
8 slices cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced dill pickles

BIG MAC SAUCE:
1 cup mayonnaise — homemade recipe on profile
2 tbsp pickles, finely diced
1 tbsp onion, finely diced
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp dill pickle juice

DIRECTIONS:

1.) In a skillet brown ground beef, then add finely diced onions and pickles. Cook until they’re softened.

2.) Add Dijon mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Cover and bring to a simmer.

3.) Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning to taste. Make the Mac Sauce during this time by combining all ingredients and mixing together.

4.) Serve on buns with sauce, then meat, cheese, lettuce, sliced pickles, more sauce, then top bun.

OPTIONAL: I usually prefer not to eat my sloppy joes with a bun. Simply lay down your sloppy joe meat on top of a bunch of lettuce, then top with sauce, cheese, lettuce, and pickles. *Save yourself roughly 200 calories per sandwich without the buns.

Most people assume the beef and pork on their grocery store shelves came from an American farm. Unfortunately, that’s not always the case. There is STILL no mandatory country of origin labeling law for beef or pork in the United States, which means the package does not have to say a word about where that animal was born, raised, or harvested.

Over 85% of grass-fed beef sold in the US is imported from countries like Australia, Brazil, and Uruguay. The label says grass-fed, but it doesn’t say from where.

We started Good Ranchers because this bothered us too. Every box we ship is 100% born, raised, and harvested in the USA, sourced directly from American farms and ranches. We held that standard before the law required it, and we will continue to do so.

Know where your meat comes from. It matters more than you think.

Remembering our friend Charlie.

We’re grateful we were able to sit down with him on his podcast just a few months ago, not for business this time, but because he wanted the world to hear Corley’s miraculous healing story and the power of Jesus.

As the show ended, he said, ‘Thank you guys, we’ll see you at dinner tonight.’ That was the last meal we shared with him… fitting, because Charlie believed in the power of gathering at the table, just like we do.

His voice, his fire, and his friendship won’t be forgotten. Happy birthday Charlie.
