you can love your body.. and still want to change it ❤️ I was so nervous when I came out that I wanted to lose weight I felt like I was turning my eye to the community that showed me self love, opened up my life to positivity and was there for me but I soon learned that loving yourself and your body, it’s up to you and if you want to change it then so be it I can still advocate for plus size people, because I believe that size inclusivity can be worked on and I strive to continue to work with brands and I have true plus sizes..because everyone deserves to have cute clothes that fit them and they feel confident in I still also am advocating for plus size people in the gym fit does not equal skinny you can be fit at any size and I’m proof of that just know if you want to lose weight, you shouldn’t feel ashamed and do what is right for you ❤️ • • • #weightlossjourney #plussizefitness #weightlosssuccess #plussizefitnessmotivation #planetfitness plus size plus size fitness weight loss journey weight loss motivation planet fitness
