I bought an illegal steak (on purpose). - To be fair, I didn't know butchers weren't allowed to sell un-trimmed dry aged steaks until I tried to buy one. I did some research afterwards, and I'm not even convinced that it is illegal to sell meat like this. Maybe that first butcher just didn't like me 😂. If there's any butchers watching, please let me know your thoughts!
