#ad When it comes to reliable sandwiches, I think BLT. When it comes to reliable internet, I think @optimum . For just $25 a month, you really can’t go wrong and with the 5 year price lock, I have the peace of mind to splurge on THICK CUT bacon :)

#ad When I was a kid I genuinely thought that classic S’mores couldn’t get any better but @hersheys new Milk Chocolate with caramel takes this camping staple to a whole new level. It’s got it all, crunchy, velvety, ooey gooey deliciousness all in one bite. Just the perfect sweet treat to share with friends and family while sitting around a campfire. Try Hershey’s Milk Chocolate with Caramel in your next s’more! #HERSHEYSpartner

These Prickly Pear, Passion Fruit Popsicles are an ode to the flavors I grew up eating as a kid. I vividly remember picking these delicious (and beautiful) fruits straight from the source. These popsicles are sweet, creamy, nutty and slightly tangy from the sumac and kefir. Did I mention they’re good for you? Fiber, protein and probiotics from the Greek yogurt and Kefir! The legendary @adeenasussman deserves all the credit for the tahini hard shell. Thank you for introducing this genius to the world. It turned these popsicles from a soft 8 to a hard 10!

Another banger from this past year that sadly had its audio removed. One of the best sandwiches i have ever made by far. We’re 2 days out from 2026…how’s everyone feeling? I’m turning 30 in 2 months. Pretty wild. Anyone else feel like New Years resolutions are just a socially acceptable way to self-deprecate? You’re doing great and are whole and perfect just the way you are! Except for that one thing that you told yourself you would stop doing but still do. Stop doing that. Seriously stop. Be kind to yourself these next few days. Slow and steady. I love you ❤️

Dishes I Grew Up On: Kartiv Limon (the superior flavor) Tart and sweet, light and refreshing. The ultimate summer treat. Lots of fresh lemon juice and lots of citric acid. These came out almost identical to the real thing and that made me very happy because I miss them a lot! I love you ❤️

Bolitas de Matzah and Coconut. This is a popular sweet treat throughout Latin America that has many variations but with Passover right around the corner I figured we toss in some matzah and make this sugar bomb a K4P sugar bomb! The addition of coconut is a nod to the classic Passover macaroon but also adds a really great element. I love you full recipe on my website!

More life, more pickled herring and cream, more vodka and pickles (I don’t feel great). I’ve really enjoyed making these videos. It’s a nice change of pace from my usual cooking content. I hope you’re enjoying them too but honestly, I gotta do a little for me so I can do more for you ❤️

Around this time 2 years ago I was cast as a contestant on Season 4 of Next Level Chef. I was traveling around South America during the casting process and remember doing my first interview audition at a dingy hostel in Cusco, Peru with very bad WiFi. It was nearly 5 months later that I got a call and was told I’d be flying to Ireland the next week to begin filming. Hurry up and wait, as they say. I was in an awful headspace at the time and felt too weak and vulnerable to put myself out there but I did it anyway. I was well aware that these types of opportunities don’t come twice. Unfortunately I didn’t make it far in the competition but that paled in comparison to the experience I had and the people I met along the way. Moral of the story, always say yes in the face of fear or uncertainty. You may not “win” you may not “succeed” but there are incredibly valuable lessons and connections to be made along the way.

2026 is the year of the steamed egg. Scrambled, over-easy and boiled eggs have been exhausted so this is your reminder to make my viral jiggly eggs. There are Korean, Japanese and Chinese versions of this dish. All with slightly different preparations and ingredients but still equally delicious. The texture is similar to silken tofu. Silky smooth and super savory satisfaction. Lots of S’s A few tips: - After thoroughly whisking your eggs, put them through a strainer to remove any lumps and or bubbles. - After straining use a spoon or paper towel to remove any smaller bubbles that made their way through. This will ensure a smooth top layer. More so for aesthetic purposes - It’s generally 1 cup of warm water (~95 degrees Fahrenheit) for every 2 eggs but I used about 1.5 cups of water for 4 eggs. - Make sure you are using heat-proof cookware to avoid everything going to shit.

A high quality, elevated Pasta Night is more than achievable at home, especially when you have ingredients like @raoshomemade in your pantry. This pasta came together in less than 30 minutes and packed insane amounts of flavor. I used a mix of Rao’s Homemade Arrabbiata Sauce, which added some nice heat and Rao’s Homemade Roasted Garlic cause there’s no such thing as too much garlic. I tried Rao’s Homemade Casarecce Pasta for the first time and it might be my new favorite pasta shape. It’s got a great chew to it, the sauce clings beautifully and is made with only 2 ingredients - durum semolina flour and water. I was a little skeptical about the burrata on top but it actually freshened everything up and worked really well with the dish. I love you ♥️ #RaosPartner

Pretty rusty. Needs work. Beef, plastic cheese and grilled onion can’t go wrong but can also go more right with more fat and more heat. Doesn’t matter too much in this case. My friend @therealjustinellick can eat just about anything in a matter of seconds ❤️🫶❤️

This is part one of my exploration of Jewish culture in the modern world with @standuptojewishhate. In this episode, I cooked a really delicious French Onion Matzah Ball Soup with my good friend and fellow content creator @cheftova. We spoke about her event - @sinners.shabbat, how it came to be and why it’s important to have inclusive spaces for all. Like a lot of religions, there are so many different pieces that make up Judaism. I am excited to show you more parts of our religion and culture that you might not see on social media. Stay tuned for more! I love you ❤️
