Cheddar Broccoli Twice Baked Potato INGREDIENTS & RECIPE 👇🏻 4 large russet potatoes 1 cup cooked bacon bits 1/2 cup chopped chives 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tbsp garlic powder 2 tbsp onion powder 1/4 cup soft butter SOUP 2 cups evaporated milk 2 cups chicken stock 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1 cup diced onion 3 minced cloves of garlic 3 cups chopped broccoli 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 cup hot sauce Salt and pepper to taste  Poke a few holes in the potatoes and coat them with olive oil and salt Bake the potatoes at 425 degrees F for 1 hour  Let the potatoes slightly cool and slice the top off Scoop the inside potato out into a bowl and mix in the bacon, chives, sour cream, garlic, and onion powder, butter, salt and pepper. Transfer to a piping bag or ziploc bag Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a medium soup pan Add the onions and cook for about 5 minutes Add the garlic and salt and pepper and cook for another 3 minutes or until the garlic is fragrant Mix in the flour and cook until the flour is golden brown Slowly mix in the evaporated milk and chicken stock Add the broccoli and simmer for 10 minutes Mix in the cheese a handful at a time adding more once the cheese is melted Mix in the hot sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper Add a ladle to the hollowed out potatoes and fill almost to the top Pipe the mashed potato mixture on top Bake in a 450 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown

Smash 👍🏻 or Pass 👎🏻 RECIPE 1 pound of chopped bacon 1 diced onion 5 cloves of garlic 1 large russet potato 4 cups chicken stock 2 cups heavy cream 1/4 cup chopped anchovies 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese Juice of a lemon 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce 1 cup croutons 4 large chicken tenders 1 tbsp garlic powder Fry the bacon in a large soup pot, then extract the bacon and leave the grease. Add the onions garlic and potatoes and saute for about 5 minutes just until the onions are softened Add the chicken stock and season with a generous amount of salt and pepper Simmer for about 10 minutes Chop up the anchovies, and grated the parmesan cheese Add it to the soup and using a hand blender or regular blender, puree the soup until its a smooth consistency Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and grill on both sides for about 3 minutes aside. Then chop it up Add the soup base to a bowl, place the lettuce on top, followed by the croutons, chicken, chopped bacon and some more parmesan cheese. Hit it with some lemon juice and enjoy

Place in the fridge for 48 hours When it’s done, take it out of the tray and rinse off as much of the curing mixture as possible. Let it sit in the fridge overnight Slice the salmon as thinly as possible On a sheet tray, combine the garlic, onion, poppy seeds and sesame seeds Unwrap the french bread, and coat it in the everything bagel mixture Place in a greased bundt cake tray and bake at 350 for 30 minutes Slice the large gabel in half and toast it on both sides Layer the sandwich as follows. French Onion Soup Twice Baked Potato INGREDIENTS & RECIPE👇🏻 4 large russet potatoes 4 cups thinly sliced white onions 1/4 cup fresh thyme 1/2 cup salted butter 4 cups beef stock 1/4 cup Sherry cooking wine 1/4 cup creme fraiche or sour cream 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1/4 cup softened garlic butter 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese 1/2 cup cubed Swiss cheese 2 tbsp onion powder 2 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt and pepper Melt butter in a large saucepan or pot over medium-low heat (enough to hold the cooked down onions and beef stock) Add the onions and cook, stirring frequently, until they reduce by half and become translucent (do not brown them) Add the thyme, beef stock, and sherry. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer on low for 30 minutes For the potatoes, pierce them with a fork and coat them in olive oil Bake at 425°F for an hour Slice off the top and carefully scoop out the inside add it to a bowl with the grated Gruyère cheese, parsley, sour cream or creme fraiche, garlic butter, onion powder, garlic powder and a pinch of salt. Add it to a piping bag or a Ziploc bag Carefully ladle the soup and onions into the hollowed out potato Add some of the mashed potato mixture on top Place a few Swiss cheese pieces on top of the mashed potatoes.
