1 serving Activia Proactive Strawberry Probiotic Low Fat Yogurt
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter 
2 tsp chia seeds
Cinnamon 
2/3 cup almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup 
Fresh strawberries and peanut butter for topping 

Add all ingredients to a jar except toppings. Refrigerate overnight and top with strawberries and peanut butter in the morning.

Ingredients
1 cup Blue Diamond Almondmilk
2 mashed bananas
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
2 cups rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
Cinnamon 
Chocolate chips and blueberries 

1. Mash bananas in a bowl the whisk in eggs, maple syrup, and almond milk.
2. Add remaining ingredients (except chocolate and blueberries) to the bowl and mix then add chocolate chips and blueberries.
3. Add mixture to a greased baking dish and bake at 375F for 40-45 min. Let cool before slicing. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Guys I really don’t measure anything but here’s a rough estimate of what you’ll need:

Ingredients
3 sweet potatoes cubed (roasted at 450F until crispy) 
2 bags shaved brussel sprouts (roasted at 450F until crispy)
Olive oil cooking spray, Salt, garlic powder, onion powder (seasoning for sweet potatoes and Brussels) 
Coconut aminos and Maple syrup (for brussel sprouts)
1 can chickpeas
1 small chopped apple
Feta cheese
Pumpkin seeds
Dressing:
1/4 cup tahini 
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Warm water to thin to desired consistency (adjust sweetness if needed as you go)

Instructions:
1. Add yogurt, protein powdwr, maple syrup, and pudding mix, to a bowl and mix. Then fold in chopped strawberries. 
2 Add parchment paper to a baking sheet then spoon yogurt onto plate forming even circles. Freeze until solid.
3. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth. Then dip the yogurt bites in the chocolate so both sides are coated. 
4. Place back in the freezer to allow chocolate to set for 10 minutes and enjoy!

Baked potato and green bean salad with a creamy ranch sauce please.

1. Preheat oven to 475 and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Halve Yukon gold baby potatoes and add them to one sheet. Spray with olive oil cooking spray and season with salt, garlic and onion powder and rosemary. Bake until crispy, I like to broil them for 5 minutes at the end
2. Add a large bag of green beans to the other sheet and break in half and add with everything you used for potatoes along with some coconut aminos. bake in the oven until fork tender and starting to crisp.
3. While those Cook make ranch sauce by adding 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt to a bowl with some ranching seasoning and milk to thin, just adjust seasoning according to taste preference. I also added in dried chives and dill.
4. To a large bowl add baked potatoes and green beans, navy beans, 2 diced green onions, freshly chopped dill and parsley. Drizzle on dressing when ready to eat. Store in the fridge for 4 days.
